Great

Just used it for the first time for lasagna. Easy to clean, no stick . I did season it ahead of time by coating with lard and baking it in oven for a couple hours. It is nice and heavy and will last forever. Could be used over grill or camp stove and would still be fine. Cast iron is great with proper care.

Very nice but .....

I am wondering if I get some money back because they sent me a RETURN !! Luckily it is pretty hard to mess up cast iron cook ware unless it has been used so I am not to worried that they sent me a returned, unused item. But it's just the thought of paying FULL PRICE and getting a retuned item that burns. Ok, enough of that. This is a very good size cast iron pan. Should make some good cinnamon rolls with it. It has minimal chips in the "season" coating. This doesn't really matter to me because most times I strip that off anyway and redo the season so I have a smoother finish. -- There are a lot of You Tube videos on how to do this but I think Kent Rollins has the best take on doing this.--- ---- OVERALL ---- I will probably order some more of these for gifts but I may use another vendor as I am NOT happy about getting seconds.

Insufficient packaging

Lovely cast iron casserole pan but unfortunately there was no protective packaging which caused the item to arrive damaged.

Perfect for roasting

Absolutely love this roaster pan, I did have an issue with the first one I received as it had a crack in it but Amazon very quickly handled the return and replacement. I purchased to use as a roaster and it cooks meats beautifully, my hubby also preheats then cooks his fries in it, he says they are the best oven fries. I highly recommend this product.

Extremely pleased

Other than a small colour blemish on a handle that I noticed when I unpacked the casserole, this is a perfect 9x13 pan that works very well for most of my kitchen needs. A good weight, so I know it will last. Will have to get Lodge's baking sheets next! I'm very pleased with this purchase.

An excellent addition to my kitchen

This one comes pre-seasoned from the factory, but all cast-iron benefits from additional seasoning. After three additional coats, I tested this casserole dish with sticky gooey cinnamon rolls... then a spinach, ham, and cheese quiche. Both lifted cleanly out the pan with minimal mess.
