Aircast AirHeel Ankle Support Brace léčí plantární fasciitidu, Achillovu tendonitidu a bolest paty pomocí pulzující komprese při každém kroku, což pomáhá snížit otoky a zlepšit oběh. Mediální/laterální stabilizátory nabízejí lepší propriocepci a stabilitu. Je navržen se 2 propojenými vzduchovými buňkami umístěnými pod nožní klenbou a v zadní části Achillovy šlachy. This helped me out so much!!

I am so glad I ordered the large Aircast Airheel Foot and and Ankle Brace. One of the side effects of a antibiotic I took was achilles tendonitis. Between the pain in my achilles tendon and the intense, sharp, burning pain in my heel, I have barely been able to walk on that foot some days. After looking at the reviews, I was not sure what size to order. I took a measurement on my calf just above my ankle. It was 10 inches. My arch was also 10 inches. I wear a size 10 mens shoe and an 11 to 12 women's shoe. I decided to order the large because of what other reviewers had written. The large size fits perfectly. When the velcro strap is tightened above my ankle, I have plenty of velcro available. In fact, there is about 1 1/2 inches of extra velcro available. When I wear the aircast with my socks, it takes away about 90% of the pain I was in before. It is amazing. The air cushion support protects and cushions all of the proper areas so the achilles tendon and my heel are in much less pain. I have much less swelling in my foot as well. When I wear the aircast with my tennis shoes, I have 100% pain relief. I am so thankful for this product and looking forward to becoming more mobile and working towards healing this achilles tendonitis.

Supports the Arch & Pumps Blood to Heal the Heel

UPDATE AFTER SIX MONTHS: I wore this device daily running five miles and then all day at work on my feet in a construction environment. It has not leaked and after about two months I just use it when I run since my pain has gone away COMPLETELY ! ORIGINAL REVIEW: MAY 2013 I have had a bruised heel from a jump for about a two months. Just not getting enough time off my feet to let it recover. I have FAR too flat of feet and normally wear orthotics, so when I put this on and it JUMPED up into my arch I had to pull the orthotics. But after about four weeks of wearing it daily, I have noticed much less pain in my heel. And it seems to be actually getting much better - I still just need to get off my feet for a week. I will say that I have been VERY hard on it so the folks who complain about leaking bladders, well I just won't go there... There is a constant "massaging" effect going on from just above the Achilles tendon to the arch which I really think has increased the circulation across my heel. Overall I am very happy with this but folks with tender arches may want to hold off. It transfers the weight from your heel to your arch. Necessary for your heel to heal (o; But something you may need to get used to... Overall great product, great shipping, great price and another GREAT job Amazon !

I can walk and run again!

I am a very active, large (over 300 lbs) man in my late 50's. I referee competitive soccer and I power walk 20+ miles a week. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and very tight achilles issues that severely limit my mobility when they flair. The Aircast brace makes it possible for me to move like before. The inflated arch and achilles chambers provide comfort and support and the ankle strap helps with inflammation and stability. They fit around my large feet and ankles and inside all of my shoes with no issues. (Size 15 foot) They do NOT limit my mobility and I often forget that I am wearing the Aircast. They hold up well. I have been using them for several years and cannot recommend them enough.

Works well, does not last very long

These worked really well for my husband's plantar fasciitis. He wears them all the time - for work - working out (even during Tae Kwon Do class) - and around the house. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the air pocket depletes pretty quickly - they last for at least 6 months, maybe longer if not worn all the time. They are affordable at $30 each, I just wish they were health-care deductible for FSA! Other than that, they are effective at relieving pain and providing support.

Excellent product, but buy the right size!

This is an excellent product. Much better than a passive brace for protecting my achilles while it heals. I've had three aircasts. The first one I borrowed from a friend, it was size medium, and it lasted about six months with heavy use at first, then intermittent use as my heel healed. At some point it no longer inflated. I bought a second one when I reinjured my heel. It was size small (which I thought would fit my foot better), but it only lasted for several weeks with initial heavy daily use. I think I am carrying too much weight to use the small size; my new medium aircast has been fine for about a week, and my achilles is much better. I'm about 180 lbs, and have size 9 feet. This product has made a big difference in reducing discomfort and improving healing for my achilles. Next step is to find a way to prevent re-injuring it.

Doesn’t hold air. Avoid this one.

I bought this brace for plantar fasciitis. It felt good when I first started wearing it. I received it last Friday and wore it for the first time on Saturday. Now it is Thursday (less than a week) and I started noticing that it didn’t feel like it did at first. When I got home from work I took it off and found the air pockets are all flat. There is no air in it at all. I do not see any damaged places. The brace still looks like new except its flat. I also discovered that this has a no refunds or returns policy and I can’t contact the seller. I guess I just got robbed on this one. Definitely will not buy another one.

Very smart strap to alleviate plantar fasciitis symptoms

very original foot support to alleviate plantar fasciitis symptoms. the strap has an air bag below the foot that fits just into the foot arch, and an air bag that helps support the back of the ankle. Both airbags are connected! this was a great surprise so that when you step down and the foot pushes on the bottom air bag the air flows to the rear ankle support, and the air then flows back as you push off. this support works great for me when I am around the house with flat house shoes to prevent the pain from coming! Just strap it on and your foot arch will be perfectly supported and it will reduce the heel pain due to plantar fasciitis as it does for me!

Die Wirkung dieses angeblichen Anti-Fersensporn AirHeel ist kaum bis gar nicht vorhanden. Und da der Verkäufer die Rechnung nur in US$ ausstellt, lehnt meine Krankenkasse den Kostenersatz ab.
