Broken zipper, decent size

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bag in Jan and thought it looked nice but didn't have an occasion to wear it until now. I found out they sent me a bag with a broken zipper inside (split, unable to zip shut). Tried to contact store, but seller contact info is wrong as they don't do external purchases. Outside of amazon's window. Meh, should've checked. It has enough pockets and decent size, the scarf on the outside is cheap design/quality and so is the chain.
