Nice Jeans

I bought these jeans when I started my new office job. A lot of the other girls I worked with wear skinny jeans and dress them up with ankle booties and dressy tops. So, I figured I'd give them a try since they didn't have holes in them and I liked the color. The denim is not the smoothest material, but I actually really like it. I am 5'7" and 160 lbs, so I ordered a size 31. I normally wear a size 30 in Ariat jeans, but I thought that since they were skinnys I could afford to size up one. Safe to say that I didn't NEED to. They fit just fine throughout the legs, but they were very loose in the waist for me, which is a problem I have often. After running them through the dryer a couple of times, they fit me really good. I have to say though, they are not as flattering in real life as they were on the model in the picture. Although this should be common knowledge for any woman who shops online, it's worth mentioning. These aren't my all time favorite jeans, but they are a good go-to pair of jeans, and they are a staple every woman should have in their closet. Very versatile.

Weird fit in the waist, but they look good on and the quality is great

I do love the quality of Ariat jeans and these are no exception in that regard, but the fit is a little weird in the waist. I am 5’2”, 120 pounds and wear a size 26s normally in all brands (including my other Ariats). I couldn’t find these in a 26s and bought them in a 26r instead. My only qualm with these is that the waist sits at an awkward spot and can feel a little poky/tight (not in a too small way, just in a maybe they should have measured twice way). The waist feels like it should naturally sit higher, but the crotch region feels like it is riding up a bit. It can be hard to find skinny jeans that are decent quality though, and I do like the way these look on me. I feel like I will get years of use out of them and get sick of them before they actually wear out (I’ve got a pair of jeans from 2006 and so that’s saying a lot) The fit has just taken a bit of getting used to.

Ariat jeans fit me perfect!

Ariat jeans fit me! I wear the boot-cut Ariat jeans for riding, but I love these skinny jeans! Most other western riding jeans require a belt and are too long on me. Ariat jeans fit me perfect. I don't need a belt and the length is perfect. I am 5'- 5", with a waist of 29". The 29" jean fits perfect. I also like that the material has a little bit of give without being too stretchy.

The jeans was defective ..How did they passed this jeans thru quality control and acceptance for?

Pants simply defective, the inner lines doesn't sewed the same.. This should not passed in quality control department..

Great fitting pants

I really like these pants but wish they offered a little stretch in them. I trail ride and these are great for durability and staying in place.

Exchanged for the exact same size, but it was way smaller

I bought these jeans and they looked really nice on, but there was a hole developing on the front of them. Also, the seam on one of the legs was not that even. So I exchanged them. I didn't bother trying on the pair I got in exchange because I'd already done that and the size fit. Well, I'm just now getting around to wearing them, and today I tried them on for the first time, but they feel almost 2 sized too small! I checked my order and it says its the exact same style and size. Unfortunately, I am past the window return. So I guess I'm going to just have to eat the cost. Too bad for 75$. The sizes should be consistent.

Strong Dye Smell Fluke or No?

I love these jeans but I'm giving it 3 stars - if I could it would be a 2.5. The first pair I bought were a little snug so I sent them back for a size up. THAT WAS THE ONLY ISSUE. The larger (2nd pair) fits great HOWEVER the smell of the dye was so strong that I had to wash them 5 TIMES!! Very upsetting because 1) who has time to do that. 2) I'm not going to run my washer for a single item. Now 18 days later the dye smell is finally light enough to where I can wear them and not be self conscious about someone else smelling them.

Nice jeans. My only concern is they smell very strongly even after washing. Hopefully that wears off after a few washes. I always go up one size from normal in Arita and they fit perfectly.

Smaller than my others in same size

I had previously bought a pair of Ariat REAL skinny jeans and was delighted to see a pair for sale on Amazon. This second pair were from the US and were smaller than the first pair from a UK retailer but fortunately not too small I can't wear them just could have done with a little extra around the mid rise waist

Weird fit

Really, really weird fit. Too big around the waist and bunches around the crotch area. Skinny, skinny legs that barely passed over my calves. Not made for riders legs that's for sure. Fits completely different than other Ariat jeans which i love. Had to return these ones.
