Falls apart after washing

Looked great when I got it. After one wash, material is snagging and coming apart.

A bit baggy, hard to determine which direction is front/back

Got this as a jersey for pickup Ultimate. I'm 5'6" 145lbs male and the medium fits me OK, but a little long and a little loose. The material is a medium thickness and inverts very easily! My complaint is that there is no neck tag/marking, so you have no idea which side is "front". I frequently put it on simply to realize immediately that it is backwards.
