nice looking boots

I'm a female, and it's not easy finding boots with full guard. At first look I love them, they're a nice looking boot without being too "manly" lol. I wear a 9 1/2 in women's and ordered a 7 1/2 w. They fit perfect maybe even a little snug but I'm hoping they break in alright, the met guard pushes on the top of my foot some but again I'm hoping that changes with breaking them in. They seem very sturdy and don't look cheap either.

I don't like how the internal metatarsal sits right on top of ...

I don't like how the internal metatarsal sits right on top of my foot. They are made a little to small. My feet have swelled up after a couple of hours right on top of my foot from the internal metatarsal guard. The thing I don't like is if I would have gone up a .5 of a size my boot would be to big for me plus the price went up by about $40.

Prefer the taller ones.

Bought these because I have had the taller boots for a few years and finally wore them out. Love the boots but prefer the taller ones over the short ones. Other wise same great boot for me. (Electrician)

Comfortable boot

Surprisingly comfortable for a rigid toe boot. The protective plate on top of the foot is noticeably stiff but not uncomfortable, even after 10 hours of wear.

For the price, a good shoe. Metatarsal plate seems a bit small, and you should immediately get a good pair of insoles for them. But it was better than expected for the price, and it shipped very quickly.

Killer Feet..

apparently these boots should be broken in slowly in 30 minute shifts or 1 hr shifts... between the steel toe and the rivets or stitching and the callus on my right big toe .. maybe these shoes are for strictly standing and not much walking.. Im stuck with them and ive worn tennis shoes allegedly walking ones and on the concrete hard surface i walk on maybe no shoe is good enough for that .. its not so much a knock on the boot but its stiff uncomfortable unless standing still the insole is not much support ..

great looking boot!

I ordered these in a mens 7 1/2, I wear a women's 9. The met touched my foot on the top making them uncomfortable. Very good looking boot. Perhaps I needed a larger size. Shipping and return on this item were excellent.
