Works great

We have a puppy who likes to jump up and check the counters and stove top for goodies when she gets bored.. twice she was able to turn the gas on one of our burners. Very scary!: especially since we have birds who live in our kitchen! They are very sensitive to that kind of thing. I think the only thing that saved our household from tragedy that night was the face that the window in the kitchen was open that nite. Deff a rude awakening! It's been many years since I had to baby proof my home, as my kid is now grown. So I want sure what ones were the best to get. I got very lucky. Because these knob covers are perfect! They stop jellybean from turning the knobs, are very secure and solid, and are easy to open when we are cooking. Deff would recommend these to anyone with a human child, or a4 legged child alike.

They work, but they are bulky

I got these for my stove after my dog accidentally turned on the gas while I wasn’t home. The lock is easy to open for me. Each plastic knob cover touches, which is kind of annoying in my opinion, but I guess I can’t complain too much because they do the job.

Solid product

Attach very easily to knobs and stay shut well. I don’t think my child could get them off if he tried. However, not hard for an adult to get open. I’ve had these for a while and they have not cracked or broken at all and are frequently opened and closed.

Had purchased these in stores and thought it was a great product. Was happy to find them online after I broke one. Don't leave them open and then close your oven door on them and you'll be fine!

Perfect!

If you don’t use the adhesive side, it’s easy to take off the stove knob and clean it up all nice when you clean your stove top. I appreciate that about these guys! My son is a year and a half and I think it also helps not using the adhesive part of it because when my son does try to grab it, it just spins and makes it even harder to open.

Baby boy is safe!

Our toddler thinks turning knobs is So much fun. These were easy to instal. They are also really easy for an adult to open. You just push the button and open it. Baby likes to run around and play with these safety covers but he still can’t open them. And his playing has never turned on the stove top.

scratched my new range

I bought these to protect my grandbaby from being able to turn knobs that part is great but my stove was brand new and now there are rings scratched into the metal due to the spinning of the knob cover Iam not to happy about that.

Happy with these!

I had more expensive knob covers in my cart, decided to take a chance on these and love them! In the pictures they looked flimsy but they are very sturdy and do what they need to! Easy to unlock and lock, but not too easy that our toddler can figure it out. Keeps her out well!

Put an end to tyranny

My two year can no longer threaten us, with his curiosity and general mischief, to burn down the house by playing with the stove knobs. He is furious, any decent mini tyrant would be. We are happy to put an end to his devious plans and can finally have peace again.

Incompatible with kitchenaid gas stove

It was not compatible with kitchenaid gas stove. In could not remove the base of the knob on the stove.

Good but not perfect!

Good quality but little bigger than what I thought . It will be pefect if it was smaller. when i open the cover, it falls down from the gas button, I mean cover rolls with the button when i raise or decrease degrees!

For tots AND PETS!

This item has saved so much grief for my family. We bought them, not to protect a child, but dogs! We run a rescue and this crazy busy farm household full of dogs also has mice who like to check out the oven From time to time. The dogs will go after them (this is what we think happens as we don’t leave food out) and twice we’ve come home to the gas stove on! Once it was lit and simply posed a burn hazard to the dogs. What a fluke, right? Well it happened AGAIN. The second time the element didn’t light and the kitchen was full of gas. Many various tragedies could have come from this. Aside from taking the knobs off after every use, I didn’t know what to do and was scared. These look good, work with ease, and protect my family and my home.

Do not buy if your stove has a ring around the knob

Do not buy if your stove has a ring around the knob - this product was meant to sit flush with the stove. Our Kitchenaid stove has a little ring around the knob, that doesn't easily pull off like the knob does. Also, my item arrives after being clearly used.
