Didn't last very long but incredible customer support!

I got this cover at the beginning of last summer. Used it a few times when I knew it was going to rain a lot. Now that it is winter I have noticed the cover has become brittle in certain areas. It no longer is waterproof. Water can seep from the pool to above the cover and vice versa. Maybe this one was a dud. My previous cover from them was great. So I submitted a warranty claim and within 30 min of my initial email they issued a new cover to be sent to me! I just wanted to point out there incredible customer service. Hopefully all the covers don't perform like that but I was impressed with how easy and fast it was to get a replacement under warranty.

Good Quality Winter Cover

So far, I'm very happy with this winter cover. It is a much heavier material than I have typically purchased in the past. I think this cover could easily last 3 years or more. I usually only get 1 or 2 years from other covers that I've purchased. I also like that this cover has more grommets than I have typically seen on other covers. This helps hold the cover down securely.

Cable winch broke on first use

The actual pool cover/tarp is much thicker than the Swimline cover. But the quality of the cable winch is terrible.

Very pleased

Ordered this product because buying winter covers from the local pool store that only last one winter was getting too expensive (we live in Upstate NY near Lake Ontario). Not only was this cover much more affordable, but I was very impressed with the weight and quality feel of the material! If it only lasts one winter I will still be pleased due to the price, but I am anticipating getting at least two maybe three winters out of it based on the feel of it. We'll see.

CAME WITH HOLE IN

We purchased this pool cover for our 24 ft pool. Went with the 28 ft because we have better luck with using a rope instead of the wire that is provided. However we need a larger cover to accomplish this. We get a north wind and the cover just doesn’t stay on well with the wire. With that said, we had everything covered and tied down with rope and shrink wrap. We walked around the pool making sure everything was secure. What do we discover but small holes in the cover close to the edge of the pool. One larger one with 5 smaller ones that really can’t be seen in the pics but all very close to one another. There could be more but we didn’t climb into the pool or pull cover off to see if there was more. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! The holes Almost look like something hot touched it or when it was being manufactured the fluid didn’t cover the fabric 100%. I would have sent back but it would have been a bear taking it off, folding it up and trying to get in original box. The seller definitely has ya there when you order online. Will have to make sure I don’t order from same seller/manufacturer next time. Maybe these are factory seconds???

Well made and easy to install

I purchased this winter pool cover for our 24' above ground pool. It measures 28' in diameter as advertised. It went on easily and seems to be well made. The seams didn't leak water from the pool after installation like some of the covers I have purchased before this one. I am very happy with every aspect of my purchase of this pool cover.

Above groud cover

Seems heavy duty. Bought a larger size - 28 ft for 24 ft pool so had about 1 1/2 ft overhang after lowering water level below skimmer. Looks like it should handle winter weather well. However, wind gets under it so blows cover away from wire tied down edge. Placed weight around outside of pool and attached to cover grommets via bungee cords. Seems to hold overhang in place better than supplied wire. Probably will also help when we get a good rain and have water weight on top of cover

c'est une toile très rigide mais pas de trou pour laisser l'eau passer a travers ce qui occasionnerai en mettant cette toile de très gros dommage a une piscine hors terre, Du moins pour nos hiver Canadien ce n'est pas ce qu'il faut et cette information a est manquante a la description.

Grandeur??

Vérifie la grandeur car j’avais commandé une toile pour ma piscine 15’ mais c’est bien trop petit qu’elle soit correct pour quand on abaisse l’eau pour que ça soit comme la photo que j’ai mis alors j’ai acheté une toile pour une piscine 21' et c’est parfait.

So far it's great

This is my 1st year with an above ground pool, and we bought this cover. So far, we've had 2 wind storms with a max. gusts at 104 kms per hour, and this cover has held up great so far. To be fair, I must also mention that I used clips as well to hold the cover down.
