How can anything from Bottelsen be bad?
Alright, as you can see I switched out the points. My preference, I do not care for the Hammerhead points as much as fixed…maybe my throwing style. But these barrels??? MEGA THRUST!!! Like the title says, how can anything from Bottelsen be bad? p.s. if you like the Mega Thrust, get yourself a set of Abstracts (little brother).

Not exactly what is presented
These darts seem quite nice! I really like the feel and grip. My main problem though is that these were listed with a rotating shaft. It came with extra shafts but none of them are rotating shafts. That was one of the main features I was looking for.

Good company, nice darts but...
Like the rest of Bottlsen's line these are very well made, high quality darts and from an American Company. My work and age have caused my hands to become rather dry so I was looking for a dart with a good gripping surface and images of the Mega Thrust looked like the perfect match to me. But looks are deceiving. They mostly slipped from my grip causing wasted throws. The course knurling was not very course and only got worse if I applied a light amount of Working Hands or wax to my hands. So I have a set of darts worth over I cant use.

These darts will improve your accuracy
These darts will improve your accuracy once you find the "sweet spot" on where to hold them. I have two sets, 24 grams and 26 grams. I cant decide which is the best weight for me to use. I shoot well with both weights.I normally start playing with the 26 gram set in the beginning and as the night goes on and my arm gets a little worn out, I switch over to the 24 gram. This works well for me. Nice front loaded darts!
