Shampoo leaked in transit
This shampoo is pricey but it does the job. That aside, a quarter of it leaked into the bag that it was put during shipping. I’ve seen this in other reviews and you would think that they would do some thing to prevent this. I don’t understand why there isn’t some sort of seal on the top of the bottle? Disappointing for the cost.

nozzle is difficult to get product out
While I love both the shampoo and conditioner, the nozzle for both is hard to get the product out. You have to squeeze and squeeze and hardly any comes out, esp on the conditioner. Please improve the cap and nozzle. thank you

Opening is tricky
I've used this shampoo for a long time, and like it a lot. It's just annoying that the opening only opens a little bit so you can't get much out of it. This may be on purpose so you get just the right amount and don't waste any.
