absolutely wonderful lotion!!

I am allergic to just about every type and brand of lotion. My hands were dried out and broken skin. I was becoming desparate. I was on Boxycharm and I just happened to get a 2 ounce bottle of the lotion. I figured I didn't have anything to lose. I tried it and I have not turned back since!! It leaves my skin feeling so soft. It also smells so good!!! It has been a wonderful blessing to me. My hands are finally soft and smell so good. Thank you so much for the blessing of your product!!

Diabetic feet

I originally found out about this lotion from an Etsy package. I tried it on my feet and now its all I want to use and it keeps my feet moisturized so no new cracks.

Good, but too thick

This body lotion smells really good and is super moisturizing, but oh my gosh is it hard to get out of the tube. It is SO thick and I feel like I'm going to make the bottle explode by trying to get it out.

Smells amazing but hard to get out

Very thick lotion (due to the shea butter). It's tough to get out of the bottle, i have to press the tube against the sink to get it out because its so thick that it's hard to just squeeze it out with your hand. But love that they dont test on animals, its made in canada, and doesn't have a lot of additives in it! Very moisturizing and smells amazing!!! Only downfall is it's packaging which in the future, I think they should make this lotion in a jar to scoop out for easier application!

Ultimate yummy hydration

I’ve been searching for this type of moisturizing body lotion for years! It checks all the boxes. Smells delicious, but not overpowering. Makes my skin feel amazing and hydrated. I will 100% be buying this product again.

Thick and Fluffy Balm

This exactly what I was looking for to carry in my work bag. It’s very thick, fluffy, and smells like sweet like vanilla cupcakes. It deeply hydrates instead of evaporating like many creams and moisturizers do. It leaves my skin feeling dewy and supple without the greasiness. I’ll have to buy another one to use on my body after showering.

First time buyer...but it won't be my last ????????

Although this does have the consistency of Niva cream that comes in the tin. In order to spread the Cake heavy cream better, it takes only a second or two to rub your hands together and than spread the cream evenly- works like a charm. I'm tired of my old favorites changing the ingredients in their products, or how there in my personal opinion, too much Shea butter, and although this cream has Shea butter in it, it's not overbearing in the least, my sensitive nose doesn't smell it at all actually, what I do smell is a light and airy vanilla scent, yet has a Caribbean smell to it that's refreshing. I'm new to Cake products, this was my first purchase, although it won't be my last. I'm here now to purchase the Cake body wash in the same scent, however I'd also like to try Cake's Tahiti scent. Not only does this smell good, it also leaves your skin feeling moisturized, and smoother feeling. If you're not a fan of thick hand & body cream's ( try a body lotion if you're looking for something thinner), if you don't mind, or prefer a cream that's on the thicker side, this at the very least deserves to be tried.

Soooo thick!

I love this body butter. It is incredibly thick and luscious and the scent is amazing. If you buy it though, dont bother trying to squeeze it out of the small opening in the tube, just unscrew the cap and squeeze it out the larger hole. It is just too thick to go through the tiny opening. In my opinion this body butter belongs in a lidded container rather than a tube. Due to it's thickness, I found the cream most effective when applied to post shower or bath damp skin as it helps the cream "melt" onto skin. Love this stuff!

A little too thick, and the scent is somewhat artificial

When I got first got this, it had been freezing for a while, so it had somewhat separated out, and it was literally impossible to squeeze. I had to take a kitchen pin and stir it up. It's still too thick, really. I'm not sure if it's all because of being frozen or not. The scent smells nice while it's still in the bottle, but once you put it on, you get his with a rather artificial scent. It doesn't really soak in too easily. I love that it's cruelty free, but it could maybe use a little aloevera in it or something. Or a little more.

I love the Cake line but I’m not a fan of this cream at all. It’s the scent. It’s nothing like the other cake products Ive purchased. There’s nothing pleasing about the smell at all.

Sooo thick….

I am trying to put in lotion on after every shower, this is one I choose because I love the rest of the Cake line. This “Balm” is soo thick, I have to take off the lid to get enough product to distribute on my body. It is so moisturizing but my goodness is it hard to get out. It adds almost 4 minutes to my morning routine, just getting the stuff out of the container.
