So who ever decided to put the round feelers inside of it in a vacuum should be hung. I didn't think about it at first I just wanted a smaller opening. Well I got one and when pressured up it squeezed down and I could feel pain in the back of my scrotum. After a couple tries with the same thing happening, I finally realized what was happening so I turned it completely inside out while this helped eliminate the problem with the texture it created a new problem because now the hole is much smaller basically killing my feeling for my little friend for the rest of the night. To the point I didn't even know I had finished. So no I would not recommend this for anything more than possibly a hand toy.

Fits the previous penis pump I bought.

The previous penis pumps vaginal sleeve fell apart quickly around the top portion where it seals, ie, the whole sleeve fell into the tube. Disappointed I had to chuck the sleeve, and thought the whole product was a loss. Instead, I attached this sleeve, which is made of more durable material. Very happy with my purchase.

I use it as a pump insert, it to tight and hurts at first.

Have to be real excited to use and need to lube and relube it, but the studs feel nice when I'm all jumbo vacuumed up, and the small opening seems to be loosening up with a few uses. At first I had to let the vac pump pull me in but now I can stab it in after a few uses if I'm really excited.

Cheaply made

The hole is to small and hard. After a few uses it split & was ruined. This could have ended worse, but only received a small scrape when it split. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED! VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!

Don't Buy!

Stop! This is not a safe product. The sleeve is made of somewhat hardened shell. It's not silicone. Not a great design either. The opening to the inset it really tight and will cause damage to you.

Not worth the money

I purchased 2 of these and the same thing happen to both of them. They tear where the sleeve attaches to the vacum pump. AND they are non-returnable. Due to the nature of the product. Whitch i can totaly understand. They work as they should while they last. This last one only lasted a couple of sessions.

Eigentlich eine totale Frechheit....

Okay...Wie kann ich es sagen? Okay es mag Silicon sein aber so hart...Da stimmmt etwtas nicht! Das scheinen Reifenhersteller zu sein die ein Nebengeschäft wittern! Das ist das Schlimmste Teil was mir seit über 15 Jahren zugeschickt wurde. Die Konsistens wäre zu vergleichen mit einem Loch in einer Bowlingkugel? Das Ding ist echt hart , das Ding ist eng! Sebst mein Mittelfinger hatte mühe durch diese harte Plastik zu Kommen.Ich bin ja eigentlich kein Masochist, also ab in die Tonne!
