runs so so so small.

I purchased an XS in this for my very average 10 year old girl who is in between kid and adult sizes. she can normally get away with an XS usually with a little room for growth. she was able to squeeze this skirt up over her waist but her entire *ss was hanging out of the back. she put her hands to her sides just to see where it fell in regards to "the finger tip rule" and the skirt came to her wrist. quality wise the item seems decent though so we are going to size up one, probably two sizes, and try again. 3/10

Order a size up

I did Try before you Buy so that I could try the medium and the small. I'm usually a size 4-6 in jeans and the medium fit well. However, do keep in mind that it's very short. I'm 5'6 and the skirt is just a little bit below the crotch area. I don't mind it, especially because it has the built-in undershorts and I plan on wearing it with tights to ballet class. But if you're my height or taller just be aware of that.
