Best thermometer by a mile!

When my child is sick she becomes a feral racoon. She does not want to submit to anything I am asking (begging) her to do. We tried several no touch versions but I didn't feel like they were accurate. This thermometer you have to actually touch to the head but it is accurate and SO FAST! Comes up with the same temp every time. I like the color alerts so when I have gotten up twelve times in a night it is very clear to my sleep deprived brain how concerned I should be about her temp. It was the most expensive thermometer we purchased but worth it!

Surprising good

I had very low expectations for this thermometer given the last cheapo one I ordered that is the most popular seller on Amazon was a piece of junk. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised. I took my temperature, my husband’s temperature, and my baby’s temperature each three times. The variance between each reading was less than .2°. Comparing this to the other thermometer that had over a degree variance between readings I was pleasantly surprised. This thing is very accurate. I imagine people who are having wonky readings need to replace the batteries or make sure they are using it correctly. Is it a little pricey for a thermometer? Yes. Is it worth every penny? Absolutely. I would try this again. Gives me peace of mind. Obviously not going to be as accurate as a rectal temp for a baby, but it gives you a pretty darn good idea as to whether or not you need to give Tylenol to treat a fever. Go ahead and get one. You’ll be glad you did.

Time to make the switch!

We had an ear thermometer for over a decade. It was pretty easy to use, but the kids complained that it hurt their ear. When that one stopped working, I decided to try the forehead thermometer. We’ve only had it a short time, but so far, we all like it better. It’s smaller, lighter, faster, and there’s no pain!

Accurate and easy to use

I bought this thermometer because my kids didn't like the ear one I had. I tested this one with the ear thermometer and they read the same. Easy to use and .g kids ask to get their temperature taken now.

Love this

Love this thermometer. It’s easy to use and easy to read. The display is big enough for my dad to see without his glasses lol. My little kid can take her own temperature with it, and I’m pretty sure it turns itself off if we forget to turn it off. Only downside is the price. Wish it was cheaper.

Very inaccurate

Ordered this thermometer and now can’t even return it. It is very inaccurate. Ranges from .5 degree to several degrees difference for no reason. Do not buy. Waste of money. Update it’s gotten better with use. Is it super accurate? No. But it’s within .5 degree C range. Updating to 3 stars

Good brand but not good for baby

I loved this brand but it is not good baby. My son used the same brand ear gun to check temp and he has a fever but used this forehead gun only shows normal. So I thk the product is good but just not for accurate measurement for baby. Also my wife have mild fever with ear gun but this one shows normal as well. So I will go back to the ear gun and no more forebears gun
