This is a very good gag however not for beginners. Also do not have the user lay on their back very long as it can cause a lot of drool and is hard to swallow.

Intensive care is a must
I want to give this a good rating. I really, really do; i loved it... but there was one fatal flaw with mine. Not sure if this is a problem with all of them or not, but the seal between the padding and the actual gag wasn't air or watertight. While wearing, this isn't a problem; that comes with the cleaning. While cleaning this thing, water and soap (and saliva from the wearing) would end up dripping inside, into the padding, and no matter how hard I tried to dry the thing, it wasn't good enough. After a few weeks, I started to notice mold growing on the gag. Maybe if I had a dehumidifier or kept the gag out in the sun to dry (I don't live alone so THAT wasn't an option) it wouldn't have gotten moldy. It's a shame, too because I really did love this thing. There's no offensive smell (it smelled a bit like leather, but I kinda like that smell), the head was nice and smooth; no rough or sharp parts, and it fit really well and comfortably. If you get this, make sure you can take good care of it, because as soon as you get water, drool or soap into the padding on this thing, its trouble. That dark cavity is a perfect breeding place for mold. Hope u all have better luck with yours than I did with mine.

Nope, just nope.
I was looking for something you could seal your lips around to be able to swallow (I know, that's not what a gag is for) but not only will it not do that, but for the fact it's impossible to breathe around this thing with it's design it's actually kind of dangerous. If your nose were to get clogged or the mask were to slip up a bit over your nose you're screwed. I guess if you're into breath control until passing out this might be your thing but otherwise I'd recommend against it. I tested it outside of sex without attaching the strap and it caused me to drool as much as any gag. It not only prevented swallowing but prevented drooling on yourself, so my mouth filled up with saliva until I completely gagged on it and had to pull it out in panic about once every minute and a half so I wouldn't suck it into my lungs. On another note, I loved the penis tip shape of the gag, it was fun to play with using my tongue. The gag is a good quality build and the silicone had no taste, though there was a bit of cheap leather smell/taste to the outer part, but nothing horrible. Just a bad design.
