It is a wonderfully constructed pan. Perfectly flat on the bottom for a glass top induction stove surface. However, finding a glass lid that fits is a challenge. In the section labeled "Frequently Bought Together", it referenced other people buying the Ozeri ZP-30GL Green Earth Frying Pan Lid. 12-Inch. So that is what I did. But guess what, it did not fit. That lid was a little too big. Close, but no cigar. On my pan, it looks like I need a lid 11-9/16" maximum as measured across the stainless steel lip band on the lid (where it goes down into the pan). This has been a bit frustrating. T-fal has one (packaged with a pan, which I measured in a big box store) that appears close (within 1/16"), but I just want the lid. FYI: None of these pans and lids are perfect circles. There are manufacturing production limitations for these price points. So there needs to be a little measurement tolerance in matching a lid with a pan. Regardless, I still want a glass lid. Anybody have any ideas ?? UPDATE 8-19-16 Regarding the lid issue, I read another person's review who commented on the pan not being perfectly round. This is true. After writing my review yesterday, I feel I should document my observations further. My pan has a 3/16" variance in diameter on the inside at the top. This is measured from the narrowest to the widest points of diameter for the pan. You can barely see it with your eye, but it is probably the reason the Ozeri ZP-30GL Green Earth Frying Pan Lid. 12-Inch I bought did not quite fit. The Ozeri lid, by the way, is excellent quality and almost perfectly round (less than 1/32" of variance, which is insignificant). So the problem appears to be the pan itself. If somebody gets one of these Cook N Home Wok pans with a smaller variance of diameter, one of the Ozeri lids may in fact fit just fine. But for the price I paid for my pan, it is not worth my time exchanging it. A replacement pan might have the same issue, anyway. I still like the pan very much, for the price. Yes, it is relatively heavy, so don't plan on flipping food around over a stove burner unless you have great wrist muscles. Yes, it heats up a little slower than other pans, but that is simply because of its mass. Yes, it is induction ready. I use mine on an induction burner (a Max Burton 6400), and it works just fine. A magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan solidly, which is the test needed for induction ready cookware. So overall, this is a great pan for the price, and it is perfect for my application. UPDATE 9-2-16 OK, I promise, this is my last update. I really like this pan. After thinking more about it, the lid issue (the lack of proper fit thereof), began to bother me more and more. After all, I had received a pan that was a little out of round. So I called Amazon customer service about making a return. The guy was very helpful, sent me a return shipping label, they credited what I paid back to my credit card very quickly, and I re-ordered the same pan again. Thank you Amazon for great service, a person could not ask for more. The new pan arrived yesterday. It was perfect. Perfectly round, perfectly flat on the bottom, flat across the top, and the Ozeri ZP-30GL Green Earth Frying Pan Lid. 12-Inch I had previously bought, fit the pan perfectly. A test on my Max Burton 6400 induction burner was flawless. So now I have a really nice wok pan and a nice glass lid that fits perfectly. I am a happy camper !!
