Plantar’s BE GONE! Worth every penny!!!!

So 3 years ago I bought my first part of Mizuno’s I was dealing with plantars for the first time then and the moment I put my foot inside I knew THIS was the shoe for me. About 2 weeks ago (3years of wear) I knew they had finally crossed over the rainbow bridge and it was time to get a new pair. I had bought my first pair in a store after trying them on so I was more than a little hesitant to buy them online. I ordered a 9.5 but a day later realized what I had was a 10 so I preferred a 2nd pair of that size. Both arrived the same day. You need a little background here, several days earlier I was in bitterly cold Milwaukee walking a cemetery for hours trying to find some family graves, by the end of of my 4 day trip I could hardly walk, pla Tara was back with a vengeance!!!! By the time I got home and ordered these shoes I was in so much pain I could hardly walk. Both pairs arrived at the same time so I put a 10 on one foot and a 9.5 on the other foot and worked around the house. The moment I slid my foot into the 9.5 I melted. It was like that feeling you get when you have someone scratch your back, pure nirvana!!! The next day I switched which size on which foot and quickly settled into the 9.5 was what I needed. I wore them to work that day and the next day MIRACULOUSLY my foot was back to normal… ZERO pain!!! I want to add I am a plus size woman, as tgat might matter to some. I’m not sure why a 10 was a perfect fit before and the 9.5 works now but recommend you try multiple sizes if you can, I think Amazon now has a “try it” program. Anyway that’s my story, I’ve never paid this much for a pair of shoes but these are worth EVEEY penny and MORE!!!! Thanks for tolerating this long review!

Best running shoe

It has enough cushion and the design creates less impact when running. My legs don’t hurt anymore! I usually wear a size 8, but it runs a half size smaller, so 8.5 worked perfect

Excellent sneaker

I’ve been using Mizuno’s for over 10 years. Rate running sneakers. I wouldn’t use any other if you have any problems, hit problems or back problems, the heel cushioning is perfect. I had to knee surgeries and a broken ankle. I started using the sneaker brand and style and I’ve never gone to any other. If you’re looking for comfort quality, this is perfect for runners, jogging or even walking I highly recommend.

Comforable

I have purchased Mizuno shoes for years. They work well for my high arch. These are good, but there is a loud squeak in the right shoe that drives me crazy! Other than that excellent for my type foot.

Exactly what I expected

The media could not be loaded. I've loved and worn Mizuno for years. I read the other customer reviews and knew exactly what to expect when they arrived and I was not disappointed. They have just the right amount of cushion for running and don't rub against my Achilles, which was of utmost importance. For people who require stability, you will love these shoes. I don't have an issue with pronation so they were a bit much in that area, but nothing I couldn't overlook since it is not overly excessive. I particularly like the heal, which adds a spring to my workouts and there is plenty of wiggle room for my toes thanks to the fabric on top, which isn't overly constraining. Definitely a shoe I would purchase again.

Not as nice as the Mizuno Prophecy runner

I have loved Mizuno running shoes for years. The last pair was of the Prophecy style and even with 3 holes on each one now, they still fit like a glove. I ordered these due to the Prophecy style being discontinued and they are "loud" like my feet are clomping around. I do not know what it is with this style, but I will not be ordering any more Mizunos. Tried the Asics Gel Numbus 24 and they fit just like the old Mizuno Prophecy. Guess I have a new brand now. Try the Asics if you have a narrow foot with high arches. They're awesome and they sell them on Amazon through Asics. I'm really upset over Mizuno though. Absolutely loved those running/walking shoes.

Nice shoe but…

For the price you pay for these shoes, the laces should be long enough to be able to lace lock. The laces are so short i caused myself pain on the sides of my feet tying them with the laces provided. Ended up buying longer laces. Otherwise they look good and they are comfortable enough.

Comfortable shoes

This is my 4th pair of these running shoes and I love them! Having said that I am not a runner but an avid walker. I want a pair of shoes that will withstand all the walking I do. The only downside to these is that sometimes you'll get a small rock/stone stuck in the soul. I have tried many other brands of shoes and nothing fits me as well as Mizuno's do. Will buy again!

Great shoe design

I love Mizuno. The wave styles fit my feet. Wide in the toe box and high in the back of the heel. They fit my orthotics well.

recommend these shoes especially for people who suffer plantar facaititus

cannot say enough about how muuch i love these runners .... i have multiple back and knee injuries as well as painful planter facaititus ... this shoe manages to practically eliminate my painful feet and has helped me walk with real ease. love love these shoes

Great shoes - I love Mizuno!

Excellent shoes so far. I run in them. I’ve been running in them for a few weeks. I have no pain in my knees when I run, so I’m happy about that. I will update the review if anything changes.
