Love LOVE these shoes!
Light weight, so comfortable! Looks great too! Love the color (deep red almost burgundy) I have trouble with my feet, usually have to have an insert, not with these. I wear an 11 W, I don't suggesting hiking in the woods with them, (they worked fine, but a little wobbly on the big hills) but for street wear, no problems and no need for inserts even after wearing all day! Did I mention they look wonderful, have actually got complements! Priced right, arrived in good shape and promptly, Clark has not let me down yet!

A little on the snug side, but super cute and comfy!
Saw these at Kohl's, but they didn't have my size, so I bought them online. I already knew I liked the style, but the fit was TBD. I typically wear an 8 or an 8.5...the 8 was a bit too snug. I just ordered an 8.5 in wide, since I wanted to factor in wearing socks or tights. Hoping I made the right purchase this time around! I'll update once received :)

Fine Boots
Love these boots! They are comfortable and warm, but not too warm to wear all day inside. Once I got them on they fit well, BUT, they are very tough to slip on.

Cute boots, not soft!
I love Clarks shoes but not a big fan of these. No padding on the sole, so my feet were burning all day. Loose on the ankle. I guess that's what I get for buying from a third party.

Wide doesn't mean wide in this boot!
They are needing alot of breaking in. Have rubbed blisters. They do not have alot if give to them. Hoping I can get them broke in.

Fit to size, lovely, well made, worth the price
Initial thoughts - I received this order yesterday. Delivered right to my door. It was unfortunate that we just had non-stop snow that the delivery lady had to trudge through knee-high fluffy snow. I appreciated that they still knocked on my door. I have not ordered these brand before but was encouraged by the good reviews so I’m so glad I did. MAKE/QUALITY: It is very well made. COLOUR: Maroon. Very striking; not one section looks faded or anything. Possibly there will be fading over time and constant wear. I’m not sure yet how it will stand the test with different weather conditions, so I would assume it’s best to play safe if you want the colour to last or look into any water resistant protection (maybe?). GRIP - There isn’t much treads in the bottom, but it shouldn’t go as a “con” against the shoe. It is after all the style and it’s up to the consumer to use common sense and use the appropriate footwear depending on road conditions. SIZING/FIT - I ordered a 5 1/2, and it’s true to size. If someone’s feet is wider, they should consider sizing up as there’s only a small allowance for me at the toes. It seems to be fit for slender feet. I can wiggle my toes fine with no socks on so definitely it may be a tight fit if wearing thick socks as well. There is a zipper on one side but not both, to help the wearer slip their feet in (material is not stretchy). If also planning to insert additional or replace existing insoles with thicker types consider sizing up. Might be too tight of a fit you feel like your foot is strangling. COMFORT - I wore it indoors walking around the house all day. The insole is a soft cushion feels really nice. It felt like walking on clouds. I have been ordering shoes left and right from other manufacturers only to be disappointed, looking for this type of comfort. I hope that the soft cushion lasts a long while and will consider an update of my comments once I’ve had a chance to run it through it’s paces. I plan to wear this to work in the spring/summer/Fall time frame. Not for winter/Icy/Wet conditions. Would like to keep the colour pristine. Inside there seems to be some minor cushioning between your feet and the material. The slight layer gives your feet that added comfort. Although consider socks or something if you’re prone to sweaty feet. There are no vents around the shoe to “air” your feet. Keep in mind the temperature of the day. If it’s at the height of summer pushing 40 degrees or thereabouts … do you really want to wear an ankle boot or flip flops/sandals? MATERIAL - feels almost “felt” like but it’s not. The material seems to hold the shape of the shoe, but with a little give if I push on it. That’s great as some shoes are so hard you can’t even kneel or bend a certain way. To keep it in it’s pristine condition, store it well when not used. PRICE - I have to admit it was a little expensive at first glance. I almost didn’t purchase it because I wasn’t sure about spending so much on 1 pair. I kept going over the reviews, both positive and negative) and compared against the value and quality of what I can buy locally, and deciding from there. Sometimes it is true regarding the statement “you get what you pay for”. Some shoes are great on the picture, the price is also cheap, until you actually wear the shoe and walk around in it for awhile, and then you end up complaining about your feet hurting. This is my first time to purchase this brand, if this first positive experience is consistent with all their shoes, I have become a fan. I’m encouraged to look at other models or colours as alternatives, even with the price it sits at right now. But likely I will always look for a sale of sort if I’m not in a hurry to purchase. I feel like this brand is a worthy investment, if the quality is maintained, and the pricing kept reasonable/affordable. My feet thanks me right now and am glad I took the plunge to purchase 1 to try. April 25 - Finally wore it to work and walking around the bldg and outside for more than 8-9 hrs (alternating). I did have think ankle socks on so I was worried my feet might hurt at the end of the day since it contributed to “tightness”. So… nope! Everything was okay. At no point in time did I want to take them off at all. My feet did not feel strangled at all. My heel didn’t feel like it hurt. So far the promised “cloud stepper” is delivering. Pic posted with how the boots look in the full brightness of the day. JUN 2022- posted new pics. A little dusty after wearing them all day at work, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Occasionally alternating with a different ankle boot of the same brand depending on the clothes I’m wearing that day. The longer you wear them, as normal boots are, there’s that little break in period where it loosens a bit, and don’t feel as tight as when I originally purchased them, and ends up more comfortable as they day the longer they’re worn.
