This is more short camisole than bra

I read the reviews for this prior to purchasing and there seems to be confusion about sizing. I'm happy with it, because its exactly what I wanted. Its NOT a sports bra. There is no sewn-in support, cups or bra shelf and its not contoured at all to be roomier across the breasts than underneath them. The only "support" comes from the tightness of the nylon spandex and the elastic band around the bottom. I purchased the Hot Pink in size large and the Black in size XL. I'm 5'5" 140lbs and a 34DD (natural). I ordered the large only because XL wasn't available for the hot pink color and I figured if it was too small, I'd give it to my daughter. They both fit. When laid on top of each other, the XL is only 1/2 inch (12mm) wider than the L. Adjusting the L straps to their longest setting created enough space for my girls so the L felt almost the same as the XL. The pink has a thin, nude color lining in the front only, like a bathing suit. The black has black lining that you can hardly tell is there. The nylon-lycra fabric is very similar to most bathing suit fabric, in that it has a little weight to it and a slight sheen. I was looking for a solid color top to pair with bathing suit bottoms for when I'm swimming with just the family and want pajama comfort with thin straps for tan lines, without caring about lift or shape, so this is exactly what I wanted.

Perfect sports bra for petite women

Although other reviewers have commented that this bra top runs very small, as a very petite woman, I actually found it to be a perfect fit. I typically fit into XS/S/0 in most tops and workout gear, and a 32B bra. I ordered the XS in this bra top. It fits snug enough around the band and bust to keep everything in place, even while I'm running or doing high intensity training, while still being comfortable enough for yoga, and to wear most of the day. Honestly, I don't have a lot to keep in place up there, and I can't stand the overly supportive, to the point of being strangled, feeling that I've found with many other sports bras. The material of this bra offers a happy medium, somewhere between thick lycra and a thinner and more stretchy, almost bathing-suit like material. I also love the adjustable straps. I ordered the turquoise and the hot pink, and the colors are true to their photographs here. So far, they've stood the test of time - they've been worn, washed, and dried regularly for more than a year now, and they haven't shown any thinning or pilling. This is an exceptional product for the price.

Very well made, better fit for slim tweens and teens

I was looking to purchase a black sports bra for my very slim 13 year old daughter (she wears a child's size 12). After reading the reviews for this product, I thought the size XS in this bra would fit, and I was right. This bra is very well made, the elastic seems sturdy and well covered (not pinchy). That being said, this is definitely NOT a woman's size bra. I give it 4 stars because of the quality and coverage. If you are looking for a woman's size, you should order AT LEAST 2 sizes up in this bra. Unfortunately, I returned it because my daughter found another bra from a different brand that felt more comfortable to her.

and I really like the quality of the fabric

I read the reviews prior to ordering this item, and ordered a medium. Normally I'd have ordered a small. I received the medium, and I really like the quality of the fabric, nice and sturdy, thick (but not too thick), and it seems like it would hold up to numerous washings. However, the medium is too big for me. I usually am about a 34" and an A cup, and am about 5' tall. What I found was that it was slightly too wide and the bra itself is too long. By that I mean, the actual bra, not including the straps, is too deep and therefore bunches up beneath my underarms. Shortening the straps only makes it cut too much under my arm but it still bunches up. I am going to return it for a small and see how that fits. Stay tuned.

Satisfied? Quite..

Wasn't too sure about the sizing with this product. I was contemplating whether to go for a medium or a small but decided to go for the latter. The fit of the shoulder straps was a bit tight but that's nothing a little adjusting can't fix. Around the ribs though, that's another story. Even being a 34b I found the small a tad bit too snug. It could just take some getting used to. My best advice would be to follow the sizing charts accordingly and as mentioned, keep in mind that these do run a bit small. Great quality material though it's a little bit too thin for my liking. Very satisfied with this purchase. Excellent product overall. 5/5- would recommend.

Sizing infor for girl, size 18

Bought this for my daughter who is about size 18 girls clothes. The xs did not fit at all - had to return. The small does fit her but I also ended up buying a medium because she seems at the edge of outgrowing the small. She is hard to fit but it still seems to run quite small. Actually, although it says women's it seems more like pre-teen or juniors in the way it fits. I am giving 5 stars because despite the sizing this is a really nice bra - especially for a developing girl. It looks really nice on her, has adjustable straps and even though we have to work through the sizing situation it was worth it. I would only suggest ordering it if there are free returns!!

Runs super small

I bought this in Medium for my daughter, who takes a women's medium in tops, as do I. It is so tiny that I checked the tag to see if maybe I had been sent a Girl's size medium by mistake. I can only conclude that these run really, really small. That said, it's nicely made and is obviously a quality product. I won't be returning it because she took off the tag in order to try to try it on (it didn't even fit over her shoulders).

Bought this for dance class to replace some old sports bras. It has no padding or support and looks bulky under leotards. Sits on the smaller side, but will work for layering.

This is a fab little sports top and my granddaughter loves it, bought for her to wear while dancing, she’s a slim 15 year old and I bought the small size which is very snug but comfortable

Runs small

Runs very small. I would suggest sizing up one, or even two sizes. I’m a 32 B and would normally wear an XS-SM sports bra. I ordered a SM and it did not come close to fitting. If you size up the material and quality would be worth the price!
