Perfect for pocket lovers.

I found this on sale and decided to buy it without thinking it through because I had an upcoming hiking trip to meet the snow for the first time in the next days. The only CON I found to this jacket is that it's kinda heavy and puffy, which doesn't make it easy to carry while hiking. But overall, it was perfect. It has all the pockets you'll ever need in your life, I never got cold with this and I've used to other kinds of trips (not as cold) and it worked perfectly too. It's water repellent! which is awesome. and if it happens to get wet, it will dry instantly. The design is really pretty and the sizing is accurate. Buy a size bigger or even two sizes if you're planning on using heavy layers.

Love this jacket so much!

I have had this jacket for around two years now and absolutely love it. Fits great, love the thumb holes, and it creates a nice silhouette. This jacket holds up great to cold weather which is why I love Columbia gear. One thing to warn ⚠️ don't tumble dry the faux fur! Made this mistake recently and it melted. I was able to get it looking decent after a ton of brushing, but lesson learned. I love that this jacket has tons of pockets, and all of the zippers still open and close smoothly. I also love how well they blend in to the coat. I was extremely lucky and caught this coat on sale but would 100% say that this is worth it at cost. Still looks brand new (minus the fur lol)

Good Ski Jacket

Just got back from a ski trip to Park City, Utah and this jacket did it's job well. I would call this an all around solid winter/ski jacket. Not bulky, had all the pockets I needed (I especially liked the small pocket on the forearm for your ski pass. My older model Columbia ski jacket did not have that), was slim enough to feel stylish, and kept me plenty warm. The zipper pull is small as other reviews mentioned and my zipper did split once, but it seems like I just didn't line up the zipper at the bottom well (trying to rush). Once I lined it up and zipped properly I didn't have that problem again. Also, while I like that this jacket wasn't bulky, there's no inner jacket or vest that zips in and out so if you are going to a truly cold climate or a colder ski area I'm not sure this would be suitable. But for most ski trips in most ski areas you can't go wrong with this. Wait for an off-season sale and snap it up.

Really pretty and makes me look young!

Warm, comfortable, and very youthful looking jacket. This is NOT a ski jacket, as it is not very thick or waterproof. This is a jacket you wear on a really cold day out, but not one you wear to ski as one might think because the name of the jacket is called "Alpine Slide". If you are planning to go to ski make sure you buy a ski jacket instead of this.

Favorite coat ever

What is there not to like about this coat!?! Its lightweight, warm and has ventilation. During our recent snow storm I had to shovel several inches of snow in my driveway taking me over a hour with temps in the 20s. I felt no cool air AT ALL. Was already impressed in with warmth of this coat, but that took it over the top for me. This is really a good coat. Its a little shorter than I like, but with all the pros its not a big deal

The perfect ski jacket ^^

This jacket is perfect, it’s warm, comfortable and when you find it on sale it is at an unbeatable. It’s absolutely beautiful and it literally has a pocket for everything you’re heart desires and more! The only thing that I could say as a downside would be the zipper is small and does appear fragile as some other have mentioned and maybe using thick snow gloves cold be tricky. Although as of now I am very pleased with this purchase and can’t wait to go skiing! ????

Great! Just love this jacket!

Love this jacket! I needed a warm jacket for cold windy days. This is perfect! Keeps me so warm. Great for below 0 temps. However, I prefer not to wear it when running errands-I tend to get overheated! So if I’m getting groceries or in the warm car for extended periods I pick a different jacket. Fit is great but a little bulky at the hips bc of the waist band. I wear large/xlarge and am large chested. Xlarge was perfect.

Good ski jacket

My daughter loves it for skiing here in the East. Just did a trip that was windy and cold and with the usual layers had no issue being cold. She is 5’7 120lbs and I got her a Medium. Slim fit so I sized up and it’s perfect.

Don’t buy this jacket

I bought this jacket and the first time I wore it the zip broke. The jacket is warm but if the zip doesn’t work I can’t close my jacket.
