Runs quite small

These are cute shorts but boy do they run small. The jean has some stretch but the waist band has zero stretch.. I normally wear a 14 comfortably but am finding I’m going to have to order 2 sizes larger. Yiiikes. *update- I ordered up to the 18 and then they had pleeenty of stretch and are too big. Seems like a surprise bag every time with sizing. That said, I keep trying because I really like them.

I am a big girl with thick thighs and these shorts are amazing! They are fitted but very stretchy. Perfect length. I will likely buy another pair in another color. Highly recommend!

True to size with big thighs

67 years old, 5'1", 105 lbs: I wear size 0 & bought size 0 & they're a perfect fit! True to size and so comfortable - felt like I've owned them for years as soon as I put them on. But a look in the mirror showed extra fabric in the upper thighs. I'm going to keep them because I don't want to take them off!

These are perfect for summertime!

I wear these all the time and they are my go-to for jean shorts. If you are worried about them being too tight, they have some stretch which is nice. I have purchased in dark and medium wash. I found it odd that the dark wash has more stretch + are more comfortable than the medium wash. The medium wash shorts are still good they just fit tighter and have less stretch to them. The separate colors must be made of different materials. Overall love these!

Runs small

I usually wear a size 2. I ordered a 4, wanting a loose, more modest fit, and I was surprised how tight they fit. If I wasn't on a budget I woyld have kept them, but I ended up returning them. I wish they would have worked out!

I read in the Q&A section, someone said that they weren't true to size... Well they are though. I'm a size 14 and because of someone's reviews, got a size 16 to be safe. They absolutely bury me. So if you're saying they don't fit then it's probs time to accept that it's not Amazon's fault, it's you who's not being true to your size. Other than them being too big for me now. If I were to have not listened to reviews and ordered a size 14 they would have been true to size. Surprisingly good quality for the price, flexible stretch fit. Nice colour. Impeccable service. Can't fault.

Good

Went for the size up due to other reviews, but had to send them back as they were way too big! Got the next size down but think I could have got the size smaller again tbh. I'd say they do run slightly big. I got two pairs, I might send the others back again and get the size smaller again. If you're true to yourself about your size then they won't be too small. They are quite a thick material, not the thickest, but they seem very good quality and the length is nice, as the material has some stretch in, you can roll them up more easily if you want.

There's a big problem it seems ( March/April 2022)

These might be the perfect pair of shorts - what's arrived look very nice, well made. Unfortunately I have ordered 3 times now and each time I have ordered size 16 and size 12 has arrived. The first time I returned and reordered - size 12 arrived again. Went through customer service for return etc - they reordered, once again, size 12 arrived instead of the size 16 ordered. So that's the 3rd pair onits way back for the same reason. Much as I want these shorts, and they quickly sold out last year, it seems pointless ordering a size 16 again

Better if you have slim legs

Reasonable quality but the fit at the end of the leg is rather too snug fitting, like a pair of skinny fit jeans cropped rather than shorts.
