Almost perfect!

I spent HOURS on Amazon looking for a crossbody bag that could also be worn as a backpack and I finally found it! Overall I’m super happy with just a couple little gripes. Here’s what I think: -I like the size but it could be a pinch bigger. I’ll use it for travel. I prefer a crossbody bag, but sometimes when my back is hurting I need to wear a backpack instead to distribute the weight evenly, so having a bag I can switch on the fly is a game changer. The backpack straps (mostly) tuck into a little opening on the back. The backpack straps are adjustable, and are plenty long for me at their longest (and I’m a bigger gal.) The included crossbody strap is definitely only long enough for a shoulder strap, so I bought a $10 alternate on Amazon and it’s great. -It’s cute and stylish. Always a plus. -The outer pockets are silly. You can slip your phone or glasses in there, but I was hoping they would be big enough for a water bottle. They definitely are not. Would have been nice if they had some elastic to make them more useful.

Cannot use as a crossbody

The strap is way too short to use a crossbody so it's useless material that came with this bag the backpack straps awkwardly tuck into a narrow pocket in the back, so it bulges out and is uncomfortable as a cross body - not very well desgined. the black interior is too dark, can't find anything only the size is good, the side pockets are useless

Material does not hold up

I loved the color, size, shape of this bag/backpack but the stitching was coming undone and the material was growing fuzzies after VERY light use on THE FRONT OF THE BAG…not even where it would rub against the body! Sadly, I had to return…

Strap too short. Bag lovely

The fabric and size are perfect However, the backpack straps don't remove and the convertible strap way too short. Will return or pass down to my 10 year old.

Nice bag with a few exceptions......

I had high hopes for this backpack as I really love convertible bags. This bag came close to being exactly what I wanted but with a couple of flaws in my opinion. I've read reviews from others that complain that there is no compartment on the outside of the bag except for two open pockets on each side. This doesn't bother me as it makes the backpack/purse look sleeker and more stylish. The side pockets fit my cell phone and sunglasses or a slim water bottle. There is an open pocket on the back of the bag but you need this to stuff the backpack straps inside if you are using the bag as a purse. There is only one zippered pocket on the inside but I like this too as I like to just toss my stuff inside. If there are too many compartments, I can't find where I put things! The major flaw in my opinion is that the padding on the back of the backpack is too thick and it takes away a lot of space from inside. There is no "give" to the padding. If it were thinner, the bag would hold a lot more contents. The other feature that can use improvement is the length of the purse strap. The backpack can convert to a shoulder bag but if the strap were longer it could be used as a crossbody bag. I solved this issue by taking a longer strap off from a different purse and using it on this bag. What I like about this backpack is that it is a good size, it's lightweight, and water repellent, versatile, and looks cute.
