Runs slightly small, but has very comfortable stretch

Lyssé Women’s Misses Baby Bootcut is a beautiful cross between comfort and style. The soft, sleek, stretchy fabric is a significant weight and thickness. The rise is designed not too high and yet not too low. No pinching. No puckering. No poking. No “muffin top” type of waist band. Everything about it basically stretches. Great workmanship through and through from the seams to the hem. The only few comments I have is that the sizing is slightly inaccurate. For my measurements, I ordered a small and although it stretches like a champion, I prefer it to be a wee bit less snug around the waist, hips and thighs. I suppose it’s because my body type is considered curvy so if your body type is slender, a small would be perfection. Now if I were to size up to a medium, the waist, hips and thighs might fit better, but because the baby bootcut on this pant already doesn’t feel to me like the usual “baby” snugger type of bootcut, the bootcut on a medium might end up being more like a wide leg on a dress pant. Bottom line, I would definitely order this brand again, but I would need to find the right fit first.

Beautiful

These pant fit well - just slightly smaller than other Lysse pants. They drape really well. The fabric is thicker than expected so better suited for cold days. Color is rich and warm.

PERFECT black pants

5'8" 150 lbs size 6 women's pants - ordered a size M - fit to perfection. High waist, substantially thick stretch ponte fabric, machine washable, perfect length (33 inch inseam). These are the perfect pant for every possible occasion & they are extremely comfortable & flattering. I ordered them for forty five dollars on another website & they are worth every penny. The only issue is the belly band (on the interior) - which is stitched down at the center & side seams of the pants - still somehow bunches up slightly to created a small 'roll' at top of the waist band. Update: What a drag! I finally washed these pants (cold) & hung dry - zero heat, and the pants still shrunk 3 inches. I have had this problem with 'ponte' fabric (comprised mostly of rayon) & should have learned my lesson.
