For the price, very nice.

Very nice looking retro Santa bubble/glitter light. It is a hollow plastic figure of Santa with a glitter bulb sitting high on the figure. It is light weight making it a little top heavy. This is the reason for only four stars. If this light is placed where it will not be distributed, it will stand without issue. If you sit these light on a table or desk of on anything that could move when hit or bumped, this little Santa could fall over. To resolve this, try using something like two sided tape or what I used, replacement command strip tape. Place the tape on the Santa's feet and stick him to the table (my case, the desk) when Christmas was over, pull the tape, like you do on a command strip wall hanger and the tape comes off Santa's feet and the desk. As far as the people complaining about the light being a "glitter" bulb and not a true bubble light. You can change the bulb out. Something to think about, glitter bulb looks great. Most people do not even notice it is a glitter bulb vs a bubble bulb. You only notice this if you get right up to it. True bubble bulb lights gets hot. Bubble lights need to get hot enough to boil the water in the bulb, this can take as long as two minutes. If a true bubble bulb breaks, a person can get burned, since the water in the glass tube is boiling hot. Where as glitter bulbs do not get as hot. The water in a glitter bulb only needs to be warm to start flowing up the tube, moving the glitter in the tube. This usually starts happening under 15 seconds.

Nostalgia

My grandmother had these lights on her Christmas tree when I was younger and I always loved them growing up. She has passed but this little guy brings me so much joy and fond memories without needing a full set of lights on my tree. Live it! *it dose get a bit hot if left on for extended periods of time*

Santa takes a forward dive

I like the retro look of the item. But, with the bubble lamp in front of the Santa and it weighs more than the Santa, I have to put something on the cord to keep it from falling forward.

Cute for what it is.

He's cute and works perfectly. He is very light and can get knocked over easily. I bought a wood platform, painted it white, added a coat of glue and glitter. Then I was finally able to hot glued him down. He's perfect now and won't flip over.

Cute, bubbly Santa

Santa has a cute little face. He brights and bubbles without getting hot. Very light weight. May have to weigh him down a bit. I would buy again.

love but the price

the product is a thicker plastic then the old blow molds (makes it sturdier) you do need the real bubble light to put in it, so I do love the produce but the price I think should be $16

So cute

The media could not be loaded. We love bubble lights in this house, and this sweet little Santa did not disappoint. He is light weight, so he needs to be put somewhere safe. Some reviews have said this isn't a real bubble light, but it is. It does bubble, it just also has glitter. We are enjoying it very much!

Really cute

This is so cute. I'm thrilled that I purchased it. Brings back fond memories of the bubble light days. Vintage looming Santa holding a bubble light which has sparkles inside. It's not overally heavy but it's stable enough and doesn't get hot to the touch.
