Does the job

Much better than the one we had that kept falling off the wall! Though the color is darker than expected. Almost more of a black then bronze but still works for me. Easy to install.

Looks great

I ordered this to replace one that broke. I was going it would match my existing towel holders/ hooks in the bathroom. Not only does it match perfectly, but it was super easy to install. Literally took just a few minutes. I only used the enclosed molly bolts on 1 side as the existing tp holder had been installed into a stud on 1 side. I love how you just simply pop up the 1 side to change the roll. I would definitely buy again.

Good choice

Easy to install, looking good, happens to match the color or our cabinets, much improvement over the original "silver" contraption. Not sure about "Softness" as a feature, but it seems to be sturdy. We'll see about longevity but it's not rocket science or electronics so I am expecting it to last until I sell this place.

I like that it's plastic

Since I just remodeled my bathroom, I'm extra cautious about dropping things. The middle of this toilet paper holder (the part you take in and out to change the roll) is plastic, which I love! I used to drop my metal brass one a few times a year, but if I drop this one on my brand new tile, I won't worry about doing damage.

Price reasonable and design was what I was lookikng for

Delivered quickly, easy to install. Hint the right and left are NOT interchangeable. When we were trying to hook the brackets in it wouldn't work. At first I couldn't figure out why I though it didn't fit but then I realized I had to switch and turn over the sides. So test it first so you don't feel stupid like we did :-) it should have mentioned that in the instructions. Looks great.
