Delta Has A+ Customer Service

Just a note to comment about Delta's customer service: My faucet arrived with one of the handles being wrong. (This faucet has specific handles for hot or cold valve alignment). I contacted Delta on a Saturday about the issue and the representative was quick to realize the issue and very specific about what was needed from me to expedite the replacement. She was very prompt and polite and reassured me that it would be taken care of. After providing the necessary documentation, I received the replacement part in just a few days. Delta's customer service gets 5 stars from me. Thanks Rita!

The handles installed did not line up straight as shown ...

The handles installed did not line up straight as shown in picture with the old valves, due to the fact that the old handles were round. I had to purchase new rough in valves, then once installed the handles lined up as shown. I was trying to save money, but....

This faucet is awesome! I love its styling. Some reviews complained that there is not enough water pressure, but you really don't need a lot of pressure for a bathroom faucet. It really completed the look of my contemporary re-model.

I used this Delta Vero line for a recent high end "fix & flip". Very rich contemporary look. Clean lines. Chrome is so in right now.
