My wife became very interested in past-life hypnosis and began to believe from her new-age studies that her spirit guide was Set, the evil brother of Osiris who killed him and chopped him into pieces. Isis found every piece except the phallus, which she replaced with a new one from gold, after which they made love and produced the god Horus. Of course, when my wife asked for a divorce so she could teach yoga and reiki, further explore her veganism, and "be fabulous by forty," I had to purchase her the obelisk; the representation of Set's betrayal and Isis' love for her husband. It now stands in the "Bohemian Grove," a group of small trees on our old property, which I sold her. I am sure she hates it but IDC, i want the best for her and with Set as your "Ascended Master," you need one of these lying around.

Nice Egyptian obelisk
It is nicer than we expected and it looks good. One of the foot cushions underneath was missing which we had to fix in order to make it stable. We may not risk leaving it out in the rain in case it loses its shine.

Good purchase
I love this piece but it is a lot lighter than expected and the finish looks completely different in person. Much more golden than in the pictures. Aside from the finish and the weight, I am madly in love with this. It is the biggest piece that I have so far and I am thrilled.
