Nice Scent and Lots of Body Wash for the Price

I ordered for the males in my household knowing that some scents geared towards males are often fine for us females as well. The scent of this body wash would likely fall under this category as it doesn't smell strongly of anything and the scent is mainly Mandarin which works for either gender. It's a 'warm' scent and doesn't linger much on the skin after rinsing. Like other Dove products I've tried, it lathers well and rinses off cleanly. You get a lot of body wash for the price...these bottles are quite large and you don't need a lot of product to do the job. Having the Subscribe & Save option saves even more. This is a great body wash to have in your bathroom for guests as I think it's pretty Unisex.

Light, subtle scent

I got these for my husband. This scent (Mandarin and Maitake) is very subtle on the skin. Masculine, but not overpowering like a lot of body washes can be. I am not a huge fan of the scent, but I am not turned off by it. It doesn’t scream “yum, I want to eat him up.” My husband doesn’t seem to mind the smell. He says it cleans well and the body wash doesn’t leave any residue or dryness on his skin. Overall, its just ok.

Smells great

The scent is a departure from the usual men's body wash scent. It is very refreshing with a citrus top note and undertones that are herbal and woodsy. I think that this scent is gender neutral and would appeal to anyone. It smells very fresh and clean and it is great for your morning shower. The burst of citrus really helps to wake you up. The lather is decent and it rinses clean. The scent does not last too long and just leaves your skin smelling vaguely soapy and clean. While I don't mind this, it is a shame that the scent doesn't linger longer. The third ingredient is glycerin which helps pull in and maintain moisture, especially if followed up with a body lotion or cream. At the current price point, 4 bottles is a good value, slightly less than the drugstore price.

Lots of body soap!!

You get three large bottles of body wash. The soap makes lots of suds, makes you feel very clean. The soap doesn't dry you out. Skin just feels clean. The scent is nice The scent is a mandarin, so you will smell fresh and clean. This is a great value you get 54 oz of body wash.

Husband approves

Dove does it again. The bottles are large and this comes in a pack of 4. I think the price is reasonable for the amount you get. It has a nice manly scent but it doesn’t linger too long after he showers. I can smell it on him right as he gets out and while using it. He likes that it leaves his skin feeling clean and that it has a nice lather. A little bit goes a long way.

Moisturizing

Overall it is a decent body wash. It lathers relatively well. And my body feels very hydrated and smooth afterwards. I guess the scent is derived from mandarin and maitake. I am not crazy about the scent. But at least it smells natural.

nice scent, no skin issues - needs a pump spout!

We've used Dove products forever, but this is the first time trying the body wash. The scent is divine - fresh and citrus-y. I have pretty sensitive skin, and did not experience any skin irritations whatsoever. Also, the scent is not masculine. All the ladies in the house like the scent as well. My only complaint: I do wish these had a pump spout instead of a pour spout, which is incredibly annoying to use for body wash. I am scouring my cabinets for a pump spout the right size to use on one of these bottles.
