A great Everest 10 upgrade with stock gearing
The media could not be loaded. Works great for an Everest 10 with stock gearing. Just be very careful not to strip the threads in the 14T 48pitch pinion gear; don't over tighten it! I accidentally stripped mine. The local RC shop only had traxxas pinions, not redcat. I had to use pliers to pull the 3mm motor shaft through the pinion to get the little bit of extra space for the pinion to mesh well with the stock spur gear (you can't simply push the pinion all the way onto the motor shaft because doing so pushes the shaft into the motor a little bit, and you'll need that little bit of extra shaft space to mesh well). Another solution would have been to grind the end of the pinion a little bit. With the 27T motor it can still go slow for rock crawling but also fast enough to keep up with you when walking.

Hauls Axial!
I recently purchased an Axial 27T electric motor from Amazon, and the price, the quality, and the quickness of delivery were all very impressive. I installed it in my remote control Surfer Girl, and now she really scoots. It's a fairly heavy model , but still has plenty of power to get up and go. I wouldn't want to go much faster or it would be too hard to control . I'm using a 4000 milliamp battery at 25 C. I get about 13 minutes of runtime, The axial 27t gets warm but not overly hot. Being a beginner to model boating , the speed and reliability of this motor is perfect for my needs, and I would highly recommend this to any body who is getting in to remote control boating. For the price, you can't get a much better value for your hard-earned dollar

Quiet, smooth, plenty of torque
Product came very fast and was exactly as described. I bought this motor to replace the stock motor on my Everest Gen7, which I believe is a 19t? I haven’t been able to take it out on the trail yet but just a test run around the driveway and in the yard it definitely had a little more torqu to it but was incredibly quieter. I actually couldn’t believe how quiet and smooth it was, honestly I could hear the internal fan more than anything which I know is pushing more air than the stock motor. Will definitely buy another as a spare to keep around. For the price you can’t beat it, we will just see how it is out crawling.

Great Electric Motor!
One of my favorite electric motors to use in a lot of builds. I like it because of how cheap it is and for how well it holds up. If it wears out, it's easy enough to replace. This motor gives you just enough torque for most things to climb depending how you are geared up, and a great speed for just having some fun when you want to. Update: I've had to look else where for these motors! The price of these is more than doubled. I can't understand why. I'll look at a 35t Tekin motor for this price. These axial motors are not that good. What made them great was they were cheap and ran well for the price.

Redcat Everest 10, more speed!
Easy to install on my son’s Everest 10 . He wanted a faster truck but not a race truck. This motor does the job. Faster but not too fast. Just right

Good Motor
Motor operates well on initial break-in. It seems like pretty good quality to me on first impression. For my custom application I found this purchasing experience to be lacking in some ways that added time, cost and complexity to my project. No application or performance info included nor available at their website - no voltage, amp draw, etc. specs. Just a motor in a bag. Mounting screws not included. Shaft size is not 3mm as listed on the product page. I think it is 1/8" , about 3.175mm. It will not fit a 3mm hub /coupling /connector. I found that drilling one out manually from 3mm to 1/8" resulted in wobble. I have to get a 3.175 to 3mm adapter now before I can actually use it for my application. If I had known, I would've ordered the correct coupling when I ordered the motor instead of the wrong one. So, I kinda like this motor but for now its just ok, I think.

Great motor for ECX
I put this motor in my ECX Circuit. I put larger tires on it, and a larger pinion to make up for the turn difference. It has plenty of power for backyard bashing.
