Easy to use and compact

It’s a nice compact facial hair remover. It fits nicely in my purse. I like that it has a light. What I didn't like is that it's battery-operated.

Light won’t stay off

I’ve had several of this type of product over the years and have been happy. I ordered another one to replace the one I had. It worked great the first time. The second time I tried to use it, the battery was dead. I thought it was just the battery that came with it. Then, it was almost dead the next time. I realized that the light wasn’t turning off completely, even though the product was off. There was no way to turn this off completely. I would even put the lid on tightly and it would shut off, but then it was turning on again after I set it down. Now, I have to take the battery out to store it, which is not as convenient. It works great otherwise.

The only facial trimmer worth buying

I had bought another brand facial trimmer while travelling as I had left my Finishing Touch behind. I threw the other one out when I got home and bought this one as back up in case they discontinue or something. The very best and keeps on working for years. My last one honestly is 10 years old.

Good - when it worked

I purchased this item Aug 2022 and by Oct 2022, the item no longer worked. I removed the battery after each use, stored it in its original packaging to keep the pieces together and only used it a few times. Although this item was not expensive, I would expect it to work more than 4 times.

Value for money and Easy to use

Bought it for my sister. She says it is very easy to use and is very effective. It does what it says. The extra attachments are also very helpful. She loved the overall size of the product which is very small and not very thick so that she can carry it in her purse. This product provides a very painless experience with precise trimming. With that price it is definitely a value for money product.

Not WORKING, HELP

The light turns on, but the razor does not move back and forth. My husband checked to see if he could fix it, but nothing worked. Tried several new batteries as well. It does not work. I missed the return time frame because I was out of town for 6 weeks, so I am stuck with a broken machine at this time. Help anyone.
