Good quality, good value, great product
Got this to support my back and hip (after a hip replacement) to replace a standard folding chair at my desk- it's been great. The back support is noticeably supportive, the padded seat is very comfortable, and the chair is sturdy. I've adjusted it fairly tight (so that it doesn't rock easily), which also seems to help my back. (ANd, yes, the height is adjustable, and it seems to hold position well.) BUT- the best thing (for me) is that the arms fold up and out of the way, so I can maneuver easily around my desk without bumping the arms (or pinching my hands against or underneath my desk). Highly recommend!

Comfortable chair!
Good quality very comfortable chair. Instructions were easy to follow and was fairly easy to assemble. Great chair for the price. I love the color of it its very clean!

Instructions aren't great
I bought this office chair for work from home use. I wanted something that was comfortable and fit under my desk. This meets those requirements. I removed one star due to the quality of the assembly instructions, not for the item itself. The box contained all pieces and hardware required to put the chair together. There were no missing or damaged pieces. My drawbacks are below: 1) The instructions are more confusing than necessary. The labels between the hardware and the written instructions are different, which resulted in me thinking that I was missing bolts when I was not. 2) If I understood how the back attached to the arms, I probably would have assembled the seat, back and one arm before attaching the second arm. It requires some muscling to get the seat back in place after both arms have been attached to the seat. 3) When the arms are lifted, you can't pull your arms back to stretch as comfortably as when they are down. 4) The adjustment knob for the rocking mechanism is so far back that you can only adjust it while standing. Pros: 1) If I lean back, I don't feel like the chair is unstable (I once had an office chair that fell over every time I went to rock.) 2) The mechanism to lock/unlock the rocking mechanism is easy to use. (Just pull out the height adjustment lever.) 3) Comfortable for my 5'3", somewhat overweight body. 4) Fits under my desk when the arms are down. (Again, I'm not particulary tall, so the chair is basically at its lowest height setting.)

Good enough at first, but it doesn't age well
I'm writing this review having spent 11 months using this chair while working from home most of the time. I went with this char as I've had cheaper full back office chairs that didn't hold up well, so I wanted to spend a little more for something that I'd be spending more time on. In retrospect, I should have gone with something even higher end, as 11 months in and this one isn't faring much better. It was a decent chair upon arrival - assembly is pretty easy and there seemed to be adequate padding. There's the standard office chair adjustments - it swivels, goes up and down, and you can push in the arm to lock the chair when it's not tilted. The arms can swing up and down, which is another reason I chose this chair, as I play guitar and wanted to be able to play it while at my desk occasionally. The support for the arm still gets in the way a little, but it's easy enough to work around. A few months in is when I started to get the "sinking" feeling occasionally - I would notice that I need to raise the height of the chair even though I hadn't lowered myself. As time goes on it continues to worsen little by little and I have to raise the chair up a few times throughout the day to keep myself at the height I'd like. The last 2-3 months I have also noticed that when I come back to sit down after getting up for a few minutes, the chair will sink all the way to the bottom when I sit down. I can raise it back up and it stays after I've done so, but I'm not sure how much longer that will be the case. The padding has also worn down over time and lost it's spring - this is to be expected to an extent, but it has compressed much more than I would expect after less than a year. Just for reference, I'm a pretty small guy at 130lbs - I can only imagine these problems would be worse if I were any bigger. All in all, this is a chair that makes a decent first impression, but doesn't hold up well. It still works and I'm still using it for now, but I'm left looking at other options after less than a year. I could have gone for one of the cheaper options on Amazon and gotten something of similar quality.

Great chair
This chair is comfortable. Had some problems assembling it. The arms are tight and hard to push up and down. Put some WD40 on the arms but didn’t work. Otherwise a great chair.

Comfortable
Comfortable chair for when you are stuck all day sitting at a desk. It was easy to assemble. Hex key tool was included. The flip up arms are wonderful for pushing in your chair if you have a low desk. The only thing I didn’t like is the white plastic base. It gets dirty quickly if you tend to rest your feet on the legs as you are working. Overall, I would definitely buy it again.

Great chair!
Everything has been great with this chair. Swivels perfect and extremely comfortable. The only that sucked was it didn't come with instructions, so I had to guess which screws went where but eventually got it all together.

Pas confortable

Bad Assembly. Loose Parts and No back tilt.
I bought this chair by good reviews. After it was delivered a week late I assembled this only to find below par instructions leading to loose assembly. It does not have a back tilt as advertised. I am contemplating to return it but I also need to avoid going out and exposing myself to covid in process. Bad experience overall.
