Not what you see

Not what the picture showed. Was Loki for a narrow tall unit and ended up with a completely different unit. Made it work. Lazy sellers

Missing Hardware

Like at least one other reviewer, mine came without most of the transom mounting hardware. Not ideal. I'll update this review later with my on-the-water experience.

WRONG PICTURES OF cv5 and cv4 on PAGE!

The pictures ARE NOT of the Garmin Striker Vivid 5cv and 4cv. They look more like a smaller 7cv. Check Garmin's site to see what you are getting. Wish people managing their accounts would pay more attention. The finders work as advertised. The 4 is more for the misleading images. Pet peeve

Great FF. Go online for the manual.

Great accuracy. Easy to see in the sun, easy to use. This model is capable of additional chirp freq. if you want to spend more. Works great for me as is for kayak fishing.

Does not include the ice bundle or suction cup.

Great looking unit, easy to use and assemble. Unfortunately it arrived after I had left for a trip so I had to get it on the way up north (my own fault ordering the day before) However this says it comes with the ice unit as well, which it doesn't. So just be weary when buying it. Still a great price and great unit for something "entry level" . I think it's far better than entry level however.
