Beautiful, Functional Design Serving Set with Very Good Quality and Durability

This product, which matches Ginkgo's 20-piece tableware set, is of similar design and very good quality (compared to most other low to reasonable cost casual utensil sets). The four pieces cover most table serving needs attractively and efficiently. The finish appears to be durable, design and quality of construction very good, and quality control by Ginkgo seems to be higher than many other companies that have products or components of products made in China... and finding items that are not manufactured in China is virtually impossible these days (we've tried repeatedly). The only caveat I would emphasize is Do NOT wash ANY flatware in an Automatic Dishwasher; do them by hand except in highly unusual emergencies, and afterward take extra steps to dry and polish them thoroughly to prevent stains an tarnish. Cared for properly I would expect both the Ginkgo 20-piece set and 4-piece server set to last and look good for a long time.

Sturdy and easy to clean

Over the years I have inherited lots of antique kitchen and dining wares. The problem with gathering up stuff you inherit is that most everything is a mismatch. I have a sterling silver serving set that is missing the ladle. Another serving set that is missing the big fork. And completely mismatched plates. After serving up a big dinner for family I was embarrassed that I didn't have a single set of serving utensils for a complete meal at the table. So, I bought this set. It is inexpensive, sturdy, and being white it matches with any of the plates and china that I have. Being stainless steel, they don't tarnish and are easy to clean. No more getting out the silver polish to serve.

They must have different versions of nice.

This set is heavy and well made. The red is vibrant and after washing several times still looks new. Contrast that to the norse version by same company and that I can't see that set lasting long at all.

Long lasting

Nice quality, I hap purchased a set a few years ago and wanted to add to my current set for serving. The are great to have extra serving pieces on hand for larger meals.

Good Size!

As my husband and I have aged, we find that holding silverware is a little harder. This set completes the complete set of silverware that I ordered previously. I love the navy blue color and they are very easy to hold. In fact, I bought 2 sets just for the large meat fork alone! I'm very happy with this set.

Nice color but regret my purchase.

I bought this set to use in my RV and always hand wash them. We've been using them for less than a month and a decorative piece broke off one of the knives. The knife is also defective as there is a piece of the tip missing. The pieces seem to be too short as well. When using a spoon to stir coffee the red handle is immersed in the liquid in a normal sized mug and they just feel short in my hand. I plan to look for a replacement set. I don't see an option to contact the seller for a replacement of the broken knife.

Very nice serving set

I purchased these serving pieces because my flatware set did not include them and none were available for my pattern. They are beautifully made and quite attractive. I almost wished I had purchased the matching flatware set instead of the one I bought. I purchased the Milano Red and they coordinate with the red accents in my dinnerware. I am quite pleased with these serving pieces and they fit my needs. I think I should note that they are slightly smaller than I expected. The spoons and fork are about 1/2 inch shorter than those that came with my silver flatware. I am very satisfied with my purchase but if you are looking for larger, oversized serving pieces these might not suit your needs.

Beautiful sturdy and useful to use. I also have 2 of the 20 piece dinnerware. I highly recommend this brand.
