Love, love, love this mat!

The foam is thick and solid. The surface of the mat is so smooth. Just what I was looking for. I primarily do stretch, Barre, and pilates. I am able to stretch on it so easily. Also, I don't need a cushion for my knees with this mat. The price was excellent!

Comfortable, easy to use and store

I've been in search for a while for something thicker than a "thick" yoga mat for doing at-home workouts using a program that incorporates a lot of pilates, yoga, strength, and stretching exercises. This mat is fantastic! Finally, a mat with enough padding for my knees and back and still supportive enough to balance while standing on one foot. It folds up in a snap using the handles and I store it folded along the wall where it stands up by itself and takes up little space. My cats haven't been able to catch the material with their claws either (they claw my standard yoga mat and leave mat bits everywhere), which for me is a huge bonus! I've been using it for about 6 weeks now, and like it enough that I'd buy it again.

Protect your joints

I looked for a thicker yoga mat, I was beating myself up on floor exercises, especially my knees. I did order two other products, ( a thicker yoga mat that rolls up and a knee pad specifically for yoga) but got notices that they were no longer available, so I went with this pad. Glad I did, it folds easily, is light to carry to class, and makes a big difference for my knees. It seems durable and is easy to wipe down with a damp cloth. For me, it is not good for standing on, injuries and surgeries have left me a little unstable on my feet, so I just step over to the floor for standing poses.

Comfiest and thickest mat I've ever bought

Love how thick and comfy it is. Very easy to wipe clean and dries fast. I love to use it for yoga or physical therapy or even just sunbathing.

Back Work Out

The mat works great, did not have a table so I thought the mat would work. I can stretch my back by doing the exercises on the floor. It gives good support for all the exercise of my back.

Great quality folding workout mat!

I liked this mat so much, I purchased a second one to have at my cottage. It is well manufactured and made wth durable materials. I like that it folds easily and I can tuck it aside until I need it again

Great Excersie Mat

I'm 6ft..184lbs. This mat is amazing! Super light. Easy to fold up and put away. I highly recommend if you are looking for something to get off the floor, you will not regret it. I use it for sit ups and yoga. It supports your back really well.
