Not really a quilt

Very lightweight. Cute fabric but not really a quilt. I ordered the King and it is hardly big enough for a Queen size bed.

Runs small for a king size

Cute, extremely lightweight,but I was disappointed that my king pillows don't fit in these shams. The shams are a small, standard size and the quilt itself runs small for a king size. It just barely comes over the edge of our mattress.

Looks Great!

Washed in cold water & vinegar first time. Holding color pretty good after treating with vinegar & cold water. Bought for a bed in a cabin, looks great. Very nice looking.

I got a great buy with this one!!

Update: 6/15/2019: Still love this set! It has held up very well. We machine wash and dry. It is light weight, we use it thru mid fall when we camp. It’s perfect. Great product, price and quality for the money. Update: 3/14/2017 This set has held up very well. I have washed it on gentle in cool water and dried it in the dryer. The stitching has held together and the colors remain vibrant. I am searching now for additional pillow shams! Hopefully I can find them! Who would have thought someone could get so excited about a bedspread first a camper?! Well after looking at many, shopping around and finding some sets for close to $500-, this one is a great product. I have encorporatedc all the details from the bed set into the theme in the bedroom. We do have to use a blanket with this in the fall, but this is not a problem. They say you get what you pay for, I got well more than my money’s worth with this set. *one negative: if you want/need additional shams, they are $22.00 each (ugh)

Perfect for my rental Cabin in the Smokies!

Exactly what I was looking for for my rental Cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN. I had previously been buying my quilts and shams from Wal-Mart (where you have to buy each piece separately). They would start to fall apart after a year or so of use and since you have to buy them all separately, they ended up being only a few bucks less than this set. This set looks great and seems like it may hold up better. If it lasts longer, this will be my new go to set. Several reviewers have complained that this is not a quilt. It is. If you are looking for a patchwork quilt, this is not it, but it has quilted stitching which is what makes it a quilt. Others have complained that it is thin. Yes, quilts are made thinly. If you want a thick warm bed cover, you should be shopping for a comforter. We use thinner quilts and fleece blankets in our cabin so guests that like to sleep colder can pick and choose which blankets they want to use. Great deal! Love it!

Looks great! I did order 2 sets of Kings for Queen beds based on other reviews, but I really could have done the Queen for Queen bed, which was about $10 cheaper. It comes down plenty far on the sides and then the corner touches the ground so I think the queen for queen bed would have been fine. I ordered for a rental cabin in Georgia that also has 2 King beds so I can move it if I decide too later. Also, the shams are Standard size, which is what I wanted since that is what pillows I have. The photo below shows how far the King came down on the sides of Queen bed and I made the quilt equal length on both sides. I also pulled the quilt all the way up to the top of the headboard and it came down plenty far over the end. I had to pull it all the way up to keep the corners off the ground. I think it is just a personal preference depending on if you want you quilt/bedspread down almost to floor. I bought an inexpensive tan bed skirt to go with it just because I think it makes it look nicer.

Perfect for the Cabin - Looks Great

We bought two of these quilts when they were on sale for our cabin at the lake. Our cabin has pine furniture and these quilts look awesome. The quilts themselves are not very thick and better suited to spring and summer and don't provide enough warmth by themselves during the winter. In the winter months we just add another blanket to the bed and everything is fine. The colors look just like the picture on the listing and the quality of the fabric and stitching is excellent. The size of the queen sheets is 86" inches x 86" and covers a standard queen mattress with 6-12 inches hanging over the end and about 12 inches on each side of the bed. The queen size quilt does not hang down to the floor like it shows on the picture. If you want to cover the bottom of your bed/mattress you will need to either order a larger sized King set or purchase a bed skirt separately. The beds in our cabin are platform or sleigh style so this wasn't an issue for us. Overall for the money this is well made, good looking Cabin Themed Quilt Set

Certainly not a quilt. More a bedspread than a quilt, but looks pretty.
