Worst experience with Gymboree ever!

First let me Preface this review with the fact that I have purchased this purse 3 times from Gymboree! I ordered it twice online from their website and they canceled both orders! I was then told that I could buy it again from Gymboree’s Amazon store & received this defective purse with specs of black in the plastic that won’t wipe off! See pic next to the “seeds” on the white . Disappointed is an understatement! Gymboree customer service didn’t care! Over $30 for this purse! Not happy!
