Amazon took them at their word and it failed the test

There are two major failures here the first is the way Amazon shipped this thing which essentially was crushed totally flat in a box with other items... After about 10 minutes trying to monkey around with it to fix it it became clear that this crushable hat was quite easily permanently damaged by Amazon... Good thing for a return policy because this thing is useless right now. I feel the material is too floppy and is not going to spring back to any shape I have other and Herschel hats that do recover but this one is a goner...
