I love it.

It was the perfect addition to my collection of Disney Mini Brands. Only issue is that the plastic is kinda flimsy so some parts didn’t lay flat until after it was set up and used for a few days.

Know what you are buying

First of all Disney didn’t make this toy. It’s done by a contractor supplier. It comes with the frame and some shelves. Well the shelves didn’t come nor did part Of the counter tops. The supplier agreed to replace the item as long as I returned the original in its box. Now I ask you folks, what six year old do you know opens birthday presents intact . And Auntie and uncle don’t live in the same state as my niece! So if you’re thinking of buying the “Disney Store”, keep in my that the little surprise modules you purchase to fill the store, some will have additional store parts to complete the facade. Personally,I think the store should have been complete. The hassle of trying to find the box the store came in and having to tape it up and send back was not worth the trouble..we bought another one and sent it. Guess what it had all the shelves. Lesson learned. All toys that say Disney just aren’t but my niece now has one heck of a store!!

Not what I expected

I wanted to like this mini store more but I was unaware that it only came with 5 collectibles and only some of the shelves pictured on the box. I don’t know why it says ages 3+ because I (an adult) had trouble putting the shelves together and the pieces are super small. There’s no way I’d give this toy to my 3 year old. If you don’t snap the shelves in exactly when assembling them, the bottom pieces won’t fit in (I accidentally bent the pegs when trying to insert them because of this). The store itself is bigger than I was expecting. When I put the collectibles on the shelves at the end of assembly, some were slightly slanted, so it was very difficult to keep the collectibles from falling off. The collectible boxes aren’t completely flat on the bottom which makes it all the more difficult to place them on the shelves as well. I also don’t know how I’m supposed to stack multiple collectibles behind one another on the shelf due to the small size of the shelves. Not all that I had hoped for. Worth a try if you’re interested in this product but not what I had expected.

Size is too small too small to display most Disney minis.

Very tedious to put together many of the pieces. There are not enough shelves with this set, so you are forced to purchase additional items that you see on the picture on the front of the box. Once put together, very difficult to get the pieces/shelving to stay in place. I decided to use velcro in order to keep the minis in place, as well as super glue to keep the shelves in place. Fun/cute little store and way of displaying your tiny treasures, but I would not buy again. I will probably resort to using a display case instead.

My kiddo really liked this.

I feel as though I was missing a shelf or two. Overall it came with all the instructions and was easy enough to assemble. My kid is really enjoying this little store.

Granddaughters loved it

Got it for Christmas gifts and kept them busy for hours!! Lots of small parts but my 10 yr old granddaughters loved it!

Great play set but ….

This is a great play set for granddaughter. Unfortunately it is not very sturdy so I made some changes. Also it’s a bit misleading because there are not as many shelves as it shows on the box. It was very fiddly to put together, it took me about 2 hours. I decided it needed something more (add another hour), so I cut the hard cardboard out of the box and fit it to the bottom of the base with glue and sellotape. I tied sandwich bag ties round all the structures of the shelves and glued the shelves onto the base. It is now very sturdy and can be moved about without the worry of it falling to pieces. Not sure where to buy the missing shelves.

Waste of money do not buy!!!

I have had nothing but trouble with this, my 1st order went missing, it was shown as delivered but I never recieved it neither did any of my neighbours. I rang amazon customer services and they issued a replacement to be sent out. Now the replacement I did receive building it was a little annoying as all the pieces come in blind bags and in the instruction manual it shows you the pieces you need but they're not all in the same bag so you literally have to open all the bags to find the pieces you need, I'd say I had built a good proportion when I discovered some of the pieces were missing or damaged so I couldn't complete building the shelves. The photo I've posted is of what I was able to build successfully, and what I have built is flimsy as anything. If you pick up the base it bends and the shelves all fall off or over. I would not recommend this to anyone, the quality is poor and I unfortunately had missing and damaged pieces. Because this was my replacement for the 1st one going missing amazon wouldn't replace it a 2nd time so issued me a full refund for the product.
