I like the sandbell to workout with, the only one thing is, it's hard to handle. It would be nice if it had small handles on the side. This would be easier. It keeps slipping. But this just me.

Good tool for fitness.

This is a very effective tool for conditioning, and allows for variety in your workout. It's also the heaviest fifteen pounds I've come across. I like throwing it up in the air, catching it with one hand, then the other, focusing on grabbing it as hard as I can.
