Perfect for offsetting tremors.

Double lung transplant and powerful meds have given me tremors. Hard to eat, drink, do about anything. The weights make the muscles fight against the weight and not hands. Big help. Highly suggest them for people with tremors.

These are just fine. The problem is mine.

This type of thing turned out to not be for me. I found them to be difficult to put on, and awkward to wear. I'm sure it's the fault of the idea rather than this brand, but I still wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Works as described

I use these weights when I walk. They enable me to get some arm exercises. The weight is fine and they adjust to fit my very small wrists. If I move my arms up and down they slide around some and that is irritating, but easy to work around.

It’s a quick way to do upper arm and body exercise.

I can wear this when walking and running. You get use it on my wrist. I love to do my arms up and down exercise. It’s a weight for arms and etc Glad I got it ????

Bad reviews must be for a different product

Or they used it incorrectly. Fit is adjustable - you can't expect a wrist weight designed to fit your wrist snugly to slip over your hand. Mine fit fine. I expected to have to tape over the first 1/2 inch of the open end of the strap to accommodate my situation but even with my large wrists there is more than enough "hook" portion left to grip firmly. Well made product. I'm using the 1# version now. When I'm ready for heavier weights, they will be this company's.

Somewhat cumbersome

I wanted continuous 2# weights the same as the one pound this company makes but but none comes up on Amazon. The product appears very well made & it’s not actually their fault that these are not comfortable to use; the design just necessitates the weight be restricted to one side. Hand held, you must either grip the strap area with the bulk of the weight pulling the back of the hand or hold the bulk in your hand with the strap across the back. Neither is comfortable. Leslie Sansone seems to have been the only one who made the circular 2# but she no longer does. I wish this company would because they are much more comfortable to exercise with.

They fit me but they’re not adjustable

They fit me and are comfortable enough to wear on runs, so I’m happy. The title said they’re adjustable but they’re not , so I took away a star for that reason. Just a heads up for others - I’m not sure whether someone with larger hands could get these on. I find most non-adjustable weights slip off/move around too much, so if you’re like me, this might be an advantage :)

Exactly what I was looking for

I've spent ages looking for wrist weights like these (ones that slip on to the wrist like bracelets instead of wrapping around the wrist with straps). I had a pair that I got in the USA back in the 90s but lost one of them and it's only now that I've found a replacement, and they're exactly what I wanted. They slip on easily and are comfortable, although if you have large hands/wrists, you might want to look elsewhere. For me, they're perfect.

This wrist weights are perfect for your workouts they stay in place I feel it in my arms and shoulders after my 30 minute workout this wrist weights are for small or medium wrist im a medium highly recommend them.
