This really extends my color but will stain the shower.

This helps maintain red in your hair.

This has really helped to keep my hair red. Usually I have to color every 8 weeks because red fades so fast. So far I have gone 16 weeks and this has kept the red in.

DARK RED HAIR !! READ

I dyed my hair red without bleach and its a very dark red, i used this and it make mt hair a little bit more red but its not very noticeable. Also i dont know how to describe the smell but i dont think im a fan of it.

Best thing I have found to maintain red hair color!!

First pic is right after I dyed my hair and 2nd and 3rd pic is 3 weeks later after using the John Freida red booster conditioner. Here’s a little more detail: My hair is naturally a dirty blonde but I have been dying it a purple red for about 6 years now. I currently use a mix of L’Oréal Féria fuscia and violet. I absolutely love the color the first few days after I dye it. But after about a week or so it begins to fade to a dull brownish red color. I’ve tried the color protecting shampoos and the Garnier red color mask but nothing has really kept the vibrant red that I love from a fresh dye. So I went searching for a color depositing shampoo or conditioner (which I recently learned is a thing ;) and came across this! Oh my gosh it is amazing!!! I use it every time I shower and leave it in for about 3-5 minutes. 3 weeks later and my color still shines with the bright red tones that I love! And the price is on par with any other conditioner. It does an amazing job of maintaining vibrant red hair color with minimal effort. I’m so glad I found this!!!

Great product, bad packaging.

I really like this product, but I have a hard time finding it in stores. I've ordered this product a few times here, and each time the packaging is not so great. This time the bottle looked like it had been pinched or bent almost to the point of breaking the container. Fortunately, the product was still intact.

Not color preserving

It worked fine as a normal shampoo/conditioner, but did not preserve or deposit color into my hair as expected/ as well as other products in this price range. I would definitely look into other products if I were you
