Big!

I got the biggest size (3X) because usually these things run small. I read reviews that it runs true to size/big but I still was on the safe size. I should have listened DUH as this is a bit big on me, and I usually wear a 2X; it is very very very glittery! Itchy but expected with the material; I have a black petite coat under to help with its poofyness, I guess a dress hoop would make the actual dress pop out more. Being 5foot 210lbs, this dress is looooong. Can probably pin it or tailor it to size. Kinda difficult with large bosom and thick bra straps that will obviously show so will try boob tape if it will work. LOL. Overall, it’s cute. Will probably use for Halloween as well.

Beware of glitter

Fit as expected and, rare for halloween costumes, the fabric is stretchy so easy to pull over my head and get my arms in. There's no zipper here, so getting it off can be tricky. Looks great and pretty good quality. But had to take it down to 3 stars for the glitter that came off of the sheer outer net. I mean, it's all over me and all over the house just from trying it on. It will take a week to get this stuff completely off of my skin and out of my hair. In the meantime I look like a stripper. :)

Cute costume but needs more tulle

Would have been a little better with more of the tulle overlay and a little less glitter. Otherwise very cute costume.

PLUS SIZE GIRLS MUST GET THIS!

Girls, if you are 230 (around there), big chest, wide body..GET THIS! Absolutely no regrets. I was so scared that this would not fit me because online shopping for us big girls is such a dangerous game to play but when I tell you that this dress is even COMFORTABLE around chest and body, I GENUINELY mean it. Absolutely worth it! Oh and let me tell you the best part NO ZIPPERRRRR!!!! So it works like a shirt! No having to ask anyone to zip the zipper up and have to go through anything embarrassing (including a broken zipper.) Now, it does have its downs I highly recommend wearing something underneath because it's very itchy! I'm allergic to some of its fabric but that's okay, because there is nothing a hoop underneath to add more effect and shorts that cover my stomach can't do. To finish this review, GIRLS GET THIS

Very Happy!

I just got my dress delivered today. I was impressed. I am usually between a 1X and 2X, glad I ordered the 3X. I'm 5'5" and it does touch the ground. I won't be wearing heals so I'm sure the bottom will get dirty. With heals it would be perfect length. Although it is stretchy, it is kinda fitting in the middle so the 3X gave me a little wiggle room. I plan on wearing spanx under it. I'm also going to wear a petticoat under it to make it poof out so the larger size was better for me. The glitter does get everywhere so have a vacuum ready when you take it out. I'll steam it to get the wrinkles out but it wasn't that bad. Little adjustments and it will look great. The gloves don't really match, I'll look for a different pair of gloves. Overall I'm looking forward to wearing it. And my daughter who is also going as Belle is so excited that her mommy is going to be like her.

5’4”, 215 lbs. 46/38/50 3X is too large

This is very costume-y feeling. About what one would expect for the price. The other reviews are right on with the insane excess of glitter. You, your home, anyone that touches you while you’re wearing it, and anywhere you go will be covered with glitter forever! I am 5’4”, 215 lbs., 50” hips, 38” waist, 46” bust, 36 DDD. I got the 3X/XXX-Large and it is definitely big on me. I went by the size chart, but this is extremely large. I perform with a troupe, and I bought this for an upcoming show. As other cast members may wear this in the future, I’m not exchanging it. But if you area size similar to me, definitely get a 2X/XX-Large or maybe even a 1X/X-Large. There is a good deal of stretch to the dress. On me, the top is very loose and floppy. The pseudo-gloves are a different shade of yellow from what they look like in the product photo, bu5 they’re not too awful. More a yellow-orange. This was the cheapest Belle adult costume dress I found that might fit me, and it will serve my purpose. But if I was looking for one for a party, I might go with something else that costs more.

Runs *A Bit* Small... Glitter Goes Everywhere!

This dress fits slightly small. I’m regularly a size 14-16 and the 1X was a perfect fit. The size guide provided claims that 1X will fit size 16-18. I’m 5’8” and this was just above ankle length. I could have used another inch or two on the hem, but it would be perfect for people a bit shorter. Overall I got lots of compliments on this costume and it was very comfortable! The only complaints were from the custodial staff at work who are still trying to clean up glitter a week later. The glitter from the top layer skirt goes EVERYWHERE! And it does not clean up easily. I also purchased a separate pair of gloves. The gloves that came with this costume are fingerless and a weird leatherette material. I wanted gloves that were more true to Belle.

I loved this dress it fit perfect and was easy to move around in the only thing I didn’t like is I’m cleaning sparkles from every inch of the house haha. But other than that I loved the dress more than anything
