item not as pictured and no response from Karman customer service

Karman makes a good product, but their customer support has been poor. The picture and description of the anti-tippers for the S 305 chair are different than what ships. The shipped ATs are not adjustable, which is strange when the wheelchair has adjustable height. How is that supposed to work? I am not sure. I need to adjust to the taller height seat which needs an adjustment to the ATs. I cannot get a response from Karman Healthcare customer service on how to make these ATs work. Support is a concern and should be considered before paying the premium price for this product.

Not for S-305

As others have stated these are not the correct anti tippers for the Karma S305 wheelchair. The picture is correct but the product you receive is not as pictured.

Missing anti-tipper cover

the cover made of plastic was missing leaving a round cylinder open at the top of one of the anti-tippers could cut or scratch. I will revise if cover is sent for tipper. Thank you, Cheryl Wooten
