Flawless, lightweight, pricey, stylish.

The Library Platinum collection is beautiful. I acknowledge that the pasta/ soup bowl is pricey, almost half of what the plate setting of 5 pieces costs, but I wanted to complete the collection. It certainly blends beautifully. This china is lightweight, and the design is flawless. At least the 4 I got. They don’t come in the Kate Spade box that the plate setting of 5 comes, but came safely wrapped in bubble wrap and cushions.

Concerned about seller's inability to deliver (bait and switch?)

I bought two bowls and they are beautiful and perfect. What was most disappointing was that I had originally ordered 4 bowls at less than half the price only to receive a message that they could not be delivered to the gift recipient and were being returned to the seller. I searched for over a month on Amazon but the price remained higher --more than double.

Defective Plates

I've bought 3 Library Lane Platinum dinner plates by Kate Spade. 2 plates out of three are defective. I think that a seller should have indicated in the description that the items were shoddy. I would have returned them if I had lived in the USA. I am from Georgia and sending back the plates will cost me a fortune. I will never use them. Now I will think twice before ordering anything through Amazon.
