Easy to put together and hours of fun

I hope the title says it all. I put it together myself in two hours and my son loves it and plays with it all day everyday. Very sturdy and comes with cool accessories.

Absolutely love this pirate ship and castle. It comes in about a million pieces but isn’t hard to put together. Our 4 year old plays with it often and loves the little touches like the treasure chest that lights up and the cannons that make a shooting noise. Would definitely buy again.

Outcome is very nice but took 5 hrs with 2 people!

I read reviews when I bought this that it took two hrs to put together and directions were horrible! But i took a chance bc felt like my pirate loving 3 yr old would really love this for Christmas. Anyway as a single parent luckily I suckered a best friend of mine into helping me build this thing, and thankfully I did bc I would have never completed it on my own! And I am generally not a quitter. A ton of pieces and the directions were not great. It took us 5 hrs with a few breaks. This thing is no joke. On the flip side all the little pieces add a lot of very cute details in the end product so it really looks great. Now I’m hiding it until Christmas lol

Big success for my 6 year old!

We got this for my sons 6th birthday and he loved it! He’s very big into pretend play, especially anything with pirates. It’s very sturdy, even holding up well to his 1 year old brother. Definitely worth the price, this will get tons of use! It took my husband about an hour to set up, but the directions were easy to follow.

Beautifully Made!

I bought this for my sons 5th birthday and it was a huge hit! He absolutely loved it. Like others have said, the ship was the easiest to build. We felt the the instructions were easy to read and understand, pay attention to the colored nails and match them with the color of the boat and castle. I timed how long it took us to build from start to finish, the ship took us 56min. We had a little trouble getting started lol overall it took us 2hrs 56min to put it all together. We’re very happy with the product! Would definitely recommend as a gift for your family

Be ready to build!

It goes together easily enough, but there are a LOT of pieces. If assembly is not your forte, move along. I love assembling furniture and toys and generally don't have any issues, and while this wasn't difficult, it was a lot of assembly, for sure, and the instructions are quite basic/leave a lot for interpretation. It took me about an hour to build. Overall, it's good quality.

Cool castle!

This was a Christmas present and took forever to put together the top peice on the pirate ship wouldn't screw in and eventually fell down... I feel like this is one of those toys that you have to be gentle with. Over all it was cute but some parts ever manufactured wrong like the fencing had extra peices attached...the stairs wouldn't clip on. Etc. Overall it's cool and I'm excited for my kid ????

High quality, great product!

Great, fun, high quality set- comes just as described! 5 year old loves it, and it’s so sturdy that my toddler cannot damage it. It does take a while to put together, but follow the instructions (and know there are different color screws for various sections), and you’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Cool toy that you do see just anywhere

It's very cool. I would say it's the equivalent of a boy's doll house which is exactly what I was hoping for. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is cause I the wood pieces could be a little stronger in my opinion. I had one crack while I was building it, so I'm unsure how long it will last. But it is very cool.

A Christmas hit

Really pleased with this! Yes it takes an age to build but it’s well crafted and goes together easily, especially liked that the screw heads were painted to blend with the colour of the panels they were fixing. It’s the same height as it’s recipient, my 15 month old son. Yes, according to the packaging he’s very young for it, but he ADORES his sisters doll house and has played with this constantly since Christmas morning, and I’m sure it will grow with him as he begins to use it for imaginative play when he’s older. Right now he loves putting the pirates in the brig and turning the lift wheel, and is very taken by the light up treasure. My nearly 5 year old daughter is enjoying it too when her brother naps, I was a bit hesitant as it’s a huge investment but no regrets so far, the most successful toddler toy of Christmas (narrowly beating Mr Potato Head!)

Really nice item, lots of good touches

It's a great pirate cove, I think my boys will love it........ dont wait untill xmas eve to assemble it will ruin your night. It looks worse than it is to assemble, tons of small parts, but once you get going its not that bad. Just beware screws have coloured heads to match the piece your fitting.

Excellent Product

Bought this for my 3 year old as he loves playing with his cousins dolls house. It did take me 3 hours to put together but everything is numbered and straight forward. I was very pleased with its durability, its very sturdy and won't full apart. We'll worth the money, I will have one very happy boy Saturday morning when he gets it for his birthday. Highly recommended for any pirate fan too x
