Love

This faucet is awesome!! The water pressure is great! Love the combination with the shower head spray. My jacuzzi tub is not fitted for a shower so this works perfectly

Disappointed

I love the look of this faucet but I was very disappointed with the design. The base of the faucet that attaches to the tub deck was designed at an angle. This caused the faucet to lean way to far forward and down to low into the tub unit. My plumber refused to install the faucet stating the design is "not up to code". The end of the water flow needs to be 1 inch above the flow line of the tub. This unit ended up near the bottom of the overflow. If the attachment was flat so that the faucet was set level it would have worked. I was very pleased with my customer service at Amazon. I spoke with two different representatives who both exceeded my expectations. The unit was returned, credited to my account and a new faucet was received two days later. Luckily we found a new faucet that could accommodate the 6-inch deck mount holes we had already cut into the tub. A bad situation that ended up to be a good end result.

The Faucet is wonderful and the customer service is too!

The media could not be loaded. I like the product a lot . We did not realize how it would sit when installed on our garden tub it kind of leans down ward however it works great and we like it now that we are used to the look. We installed it on our own and it was easy to do. It has been in for months not and it is still working great. I would highly recommend this company. I have other high end brand names and know faucets well because we have plumbers as good friends and this is as good if not better than our Delta and Moen faucets.

Godd but not great

It took three attempts but we finally got the right faucet sent to us. Then my husband installed it and the hose was leaking. He went to the hardware store and had it replaced. All is good now and we are pleased with it.

FOR CLAWFOOT TUB ONLY!

Had to return this faucet. It is MADE TO BE MOUNTED ON A CURVED clawfoot TUB DECK ONLY! (wish I'd read the review more closely) If you mount to a flat deck you will have your very own "leaning tower" of Kingston Brass. I even called Kingston Brass. The hot/cold arms can't be changed to straight arms/stems on the model. The product was okay. The phone handle was made of plastic, not porcelain. And the arms(hot/cold stems) are hollow not built to last. The spout was sturdy. That said," you get what you pay for". If your on a tight budget it is a good deal. If you can afford, more do it. =]

Pricy, but worth it.

We needed a deck-mounted faucet for our drop-in tub, and this one fit the bill, i.e., if you wish to pay a rather high bill. Excellent quality...and it should be for what it cost.
