Great looking!

The look and finish on this faucet are fantastic. My only complaint was the cartridges were installed opposite of how they should have been and how you would expect for them to work making the handles come loose within the first couple uses. Luckily I was smart enough to try swapping them and that corrected the problem and now it works flawlessly. Their customer support wasn’t very nice when I talked with them however, it was one person and possibly they were having a bad day.

Beautiful faucet, no aerator

Love this faucet... beautiful style and finish, really nice handles and easy swivel. Just 2 issues: 1.) when the faucet swivels far left of right water runs over the hot & cold handles. 2.) the faucet size will not accommodate any aerator.

Beautiful matte black wall mounted faucet

Love this faucet in our utility room! It was exactly what we were looking for! Easy to install and great quality and matte black finish. It comes with a small blue and red rings on the handles to indicate hot and cold. These are easily removable if you prefer the all Black look!

Nice but One minor issue

I've used kingston brass in the past. I'm a plumber by trade. Had a call back within 3 weeks of install. Spout popped off. I've had that happen to another kingston faucet as well (purchased at supply house)

Measure the center where your faucet is going to be installed, most are 8” and 4”.

The faucet works great, have an old 1930s wash basin sink that required an odd center for the faucet 10 5/8” inch center, took a chance and bought this faucet and it worked out great,couldn’t be happier. Now if could just find the soap dish.

Good but with a scratch

Very Good Quality

After removing a hopeless, dripping piece of junk from above my kitchen sink, I saw this tap is a Rolls Royce in comparison. The escutcheons are generously sized, fit and finish are excellent, it was a piece of cake to install, and looks great on the wall. If I have a complaint it is this: the cartridge stops can't be reversed. The vertical orientation of the tap handles means it makes more sense for 'off' to be up. If nothing else it keeps your hands out of the flow of water. Otherwise, this is a first-rate product I highly recommend.

Looks refurbished not new

Unfortunately the package I received seemed resealed with tape unprofessionally and when I opened the box everything was loose inside so the nozzle was all scratched. I therefore did not install it since aesthetically, it looked used. Disappointed because the piece itself is really nice and modern. I returned it.
