Very nice faucet

This is a very nice faucet. It looks and feels much better than what you can gather from its picture. The hardware is quite heavy compared to other faucets and feels durable. Update (07/16/2017): Less than two month in and the cold side handle started to strip out. At first I thought it was just loose or may I was turning it to hard - but the handle would continually go out of alignment. Little did I know that I was just stripping out the handle until it finally would not turn. Tried to work with Amazon on this but I was beyond the return time frame. They asked me to go to the manufacture to see if I can get a replacement part. Amazon did, however, say to return to them if the manufacture did not resolve my issue and they would work on another solution. All and all, the faucet is really nice - just an issue with the handles stripping as others have mentioned.

I just love this faucet

I reviewed this product right after we installed it in Feb 2017 and said the following….I just love this faucet, I love the look and how heavy duty the sprayer is. I think the only one draw back is the water pressure seems to a lot less than my previous faucet. I had given it 4 stars. Now only a month after installing it the diverter broke, so my husband called the company customer service line and they said the needed us to email proof of purchase and they give him the email address. After a week without receiving a response I called and come to find out they had given my husband the wrong email address. So I sent the POP to the right place and it still took them over a week to send out a new part. When my husband went to replace the part some of the bad diverter broke off up inside the faucet so now a Home Depot run was needed so he could buy a basin wrench so he could get it out….very frustrating!!! Fingers are crossed nothing else will go wrong.

Very nice faucet, unfortunately came as a lavatory set-up and not a kitchen set-up, so no sprayer or hoses.

I thought this was a beautiful faucet, unfortunately the one that arrived was a lavatory and not a kitchen faucet, so it did not include the sprayer but did have the drain insert and pull. Also, we found we needed a kitchen faucet with a plate as this was to be installed on a 1920's Kohler farmhouse sink that had extra holes for screws that modern faucets don't have. We ended up getting the single handled version of this with the 8" base plate. That one did have the sprayer and it is the heaviest kitchen sprayer I have ever held. This was one of 4 faucets we have ordered from Kingston brass, and they all seem very nice. Unfortunately none of them are installed or in use yet (new build construction), but we are looking forward to have them all working sometime in the next couple of months. If this had had the sprayer included when it arrived and not been a lavatory set-up, I would have given it more stars despite the fact that it would not have worked for our sink. The handles are real porcelain, and very nice and fit through the small holes in our sink (1 1/8 - 1 1/4 inches compared to the standard today of 1 3/8"), so if you have an antique sink with small holes, this may very likely work for you, just make sure you get the correct faucet when it comes.

Great Buy

I have just replaced my kitchen sink with this set and I love them! The set I had before had the same look, but the handles were brass, not white and it had a deck. I just found out that the piece of brass that stands under the faucet and handles was called a deck. The thing I didn't like about having a deck is that it always got water and mineral spots on it. Now I have them attached directly into my white double sink and I don't have any water stains. I love the white handles that say H for hot and C for cold and they remind me of the handles my grandparents used to have in their homes. I love this look and they work great. I like this sprayer better than the other one because it has a more direct stream of water instead of a wide one that gets all over the counters if I wasn't careful. I recommend you buy this if you like this style.

Stunning and good quality!

Beautiful faucet! I really love the way that it looks as it is exactly what I was expecting. Installation was pretty easy but I did deduct a star because it did not come with amazing instructions. The instructions were "shared" with another faucet I'm assuming to save on printing separate instructions but it did make it slightly confusing at times. Also must note that the sprayer is absolutely worth it! I almost went with the cheaper one but I am so glad that I chose this one. Very heavy and expensive feeling.

Cheap faucet

The faucet start leaking from the handle and stop working the second day I ordered the replacement and it’s been weeks and I don’t even have a delivery date at all most likely I will cancel everything worst experience
