Buyer beware. The item pictured is not what I got. I did receive a sprayer that fits and works .... but it is not the one pictured. I don't think it is worth sending back .... and the one we had that matched the picture broke in less then 9 mo.s. Hope this one works out better.

Good business practises

Item had some installation related issues. Due to product material used it gets stuck in if installed in a stainless steel counter. The problem could be resolved if a rubber grommet is installed in the sink hole. In my case I did not notice that until it was too late to even return the product. I did not expect a refund due to the damage caused by my installation.But Seller resolved the issue beyond my expectations.That is not very common today.Thank you.

Great fit, easy to install but after turning off the water a lot of excess water drips from the sprayhead. no big deal just a little wipe up job.

cheap looking

I was looking for a reasonably priced oil rubbed bronze sprayer head, and bought this as a compromise. This is the challenge of buying online. When I held it in my hand it seemed very cheap and insubstantial. It looked completely out of place with my bronze faucet.
