Great starter skates for kids

Great starter skates for kids.we purchased size 2 for our child and they fit perfect. He’s just growing out of a size 1 in regular shoes. They are comfortable for him and he has learned how to skate in them. So far the quality is good. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Low quality, high price

My son wore these skates for a 2 hr rink session and inside the boot started coming unglued and rubbing against his foot causing a friction burn. The wheels are also pretty tight and need adjusting out of the box. The plate is made of plastic so I would not recommend for outdoor use even with outdoor wheels. I expected more than one use before material breakdown especially for the price. Look for a nylon or aluminum plate. I recommend Impala, Pacer, Roller Derby, or Lenexa for beginners and Riedell, Pacer and Moxie for intermediate or advanced. Hope this helps!

A good value

I wear a size 5 in women’s these skates are a size 3 in youth. They are great for the roller rink not outdoors. If your child feet are fatter/wider these would not be ideal I have a slimmer foot and they fit snug with a thick pair of socks. I love them.
